I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from KK Cars to think twice before doing business here.
Before I purchased the vehicle, I was told by both the salesperson and the mechanic that the price would be $3,800. When I arrived to complete the purchase, the price suddenly became $4,000. At that point, after making the trip and getting everything ready, I went through with the purchase.
I paid $4,000 in cash for a Mazda CX-9 because I wanted a reliable SUV for my family and my child. I was told the engine had been rebuilt, that the vehicle was in great condition, and that I shouldn't have any major problems.
Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth.
On the very first day I owned the vehicle, it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of the road. One of their mechanics came out, couldn't identify the issue, and convinced me that it was just a one-time problem and that the car was still in good condition. I trusted them.
About two weeks later, the exact same problem happened again. They took the vehicle back and attempted another repair. This cycle continued over and over for approximately four months. Every time, I was told it had been fixed, only for the same issue to return.
Eventually, instead of standing behind what they sold me, I was simply told they could no longer help me fix the vehicle.
To make matters worse, additional problems began appearing, including the air conditioning leaking and other mechanical issues.
What disappointed me the most wasn't just the car--it was the lack of accountability. I trusted their statements about the condition of the vehicle and the repairs that had supposedly been done. Instead, I ended up with a vehicle that repeatedly broke down almost immediately after purchase.
