Florida Fine Cars - West Palm Beach

Florida Fine Cars has gone above and beyond my expectations for any used car dealership. My wife…read moreand I were dealing with a somewhat unique personal situation, and the entire team worked with us every step of the way to ensure we were well taken care of. Special shoutout to management there (Juan & Torrey) for being so understanding and helpful. Thank you!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona N Line with only 22k miles, from Florida Fine Cars (4/23)…read moreand I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Exactly 1 week, and 3 days (5/3) after my purchase, the vehicle began experiencing serious transmission problems -- violent jerking on acceleration, grinding sounds, and failure to roll normally when shifted into Drive. When I took it to Braman Hyundai (5/4), I was told the transmission needs to be fully replaced at a cost of $8,500. They mentioned to me that it seems like the transmission was already worked on and they did a very poor job. I checked the carfax report and the one previous owner only serviced the vehicle at hyundai dealerships (nothing serious only service oil changes, and tire rotations) up until it got sold to Florida Fine Cars where they did they're own service to the vehicle. Still not labeled as anything transmission related. They seem to have known about this issue and still sold the car regardless, just not report it to the carfax report. I've seen Florida Fine Cars reply to other 1 star reviews stating they disclose all the information with the customer, and provide honest carfax reports. However, none of this issue was disclosed to me at the time of sale, and it does not appear anywhere on the Carfax report Florida Fine Cars provided me that the transmission was worked on. The only thing they stated was a small accident to the front and side bumper, all cosmetic. I would not have taken the car if the transmission was bad. To make matters worse, I texted the sales representative, Josue (apparently the "new guy") to inform him of the issue with the car HE sold me and he stated to me "bro i don't even work there anymore" Another weird red flag to add to everything. Ive called multiple times, and cant get through to anyone, they say they'll call back but don't. Its almost as if they see my number pop up and purposely not answer because i called from a different phone number and they didn't hesitate to answer, I was able to speak to Mark who was the service manager he said. Saying he'll "look into it" If you are considering purchasing a used car from them, I strongly urge you to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Do not rely solely on the Carfax they provide you even though they swear by their honest reports.

So glad we didn't check Yelp reviews before going to H Greg or we wouldn't have gotten a car we…read moretruly fell in love with. We did our homework, narrowed it down to an over 2020 Nissan Rogue, and found one in pearl white on H Greg's website. The mileage was okay and the Car Fax confirmed it had been a rental in South Carolina, no accidents. So, we inquired about the car via the website and within minutes received a call confirming the availability and set an appointment to see it with Sarah. Now, let me tell you why we picked H Greg. First, the price was unbelievably low compared to other big-named auto resellers. We knew it was too good to be true and you should too. It really came as no surprise when a warranty for odd services was tacked onto the price. Did you know that their salespeople work on salary and not commission? Well, now you do. The next reason we chose them is money. We carry a lot of debt and knew no other dealer would finance us - but H Greg would and they did. Sarah Bosworth was a really relatable young lady. She knew her job and did it well. We also met the manager after our test drive. Great guy. Another employee, Daniel from Canada, just came over to chat with us and was an all-around great guy as well. A true piesano! It's only been 2 days but so far we are extremely pleased with the car. Knock on wood, it seems we got a good one. The key fob, though only one (not a big deal as this has happened to us before at the now defunct Off Lease Only and we simply bought a second one from Amazon) actually has the cut key inside it (at Off Lease, it was not cut, just a blank key). I don't know how he did it, but "Big Mike", Atieh, got us into a payment we were comfortable with. We were there a total of 2 1/2 hours and drove home in a really nice ride. Our last auto purchase at Napleton took twice as long. The only minor complaint we have is the detailers are just meh. When we pulled down the armrest in the back seat, there were kid toys and some garbage stuck in there, the touch-screen up front was full of fingerprints, and the spare tire area could've been better. My advice - show up prepared. It worked for us.

I was interested in a specific vehicle at HGreg West Palm Beach. Since there were no photos…read moreavailable online, I asked a sales representative to send some, and a few were provided. Both the sales rep and the General Manager, Warren, were aware that I would be driving 1.5 hours to see the car. Upon arrival, the vehicle's condition was far worse than expected peeling paint, visible rust, and a non-functioning rear window. None of these issues were disclosed beforehand. I brought this to Warren's attention and expressed that it was unacceptable, especially given the distance I traveled. His response was that there was nothing he could do and that the car was being sold "as-is," despite being told over the phone that all vehicles go through a certified inspection. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. I requested a modest $500 discount considering the condition (which honestly would have been justified to be higher), but Warren stated he would rather send the car back to auction. I was ready to purchase the vehicle on the spot, but the entire experience ended up being a complete waste of time. Please be aware of this dealership and its management before making the trip.

Where do I start... I guess at the beginning. I saw a vehicle that I wanted online and completed…read morethe credit application. The next day, I received a call from a person named Robert from West Palm Beach Motors letting me know I was approved. I called him back to discuss the financial options, and he informed me that the vehicle I wanted would require a little more down, which I understood based on my credit score. I explained that I was expecting a refund check in the mail in a couple of weeks, to which he said, "No problem." After a week or so passed, I received a notice from the IRS that there was an issue with my check. I reached out to Robert to inform him that there would be a delay in getting my check, expressing my concern about them selling the vehicle I wanted. At that time, he mentioned that I could put $500 down to hold the vehicle, to which I agreed immediately. Fast forward a couple of weeks; after calling him weekly for updates, I finally received my check. Unfortunately, they had sold the vehicle, which was disappointing but understandable given the time that had passed since receiving my check, despite the $500 deposit. Here's where my drama started. After making several calls and texts to Robert about the sale of the vehicle with no returned calls or texts, I eventually reached out to someone named Wesley, who claimed to be Robert's boss. I explained the situation, and after several attempts, we finally connected. Wesley proceeded to inform me that I was never approved for financing and ran my credit, as expected. Due to this, I was unable to secure financing and would need a cosigner. I explained that finding a cosigner was not possible and requested my $500 deposit back. He informed me through text that I would need to reach back out to Robert since the deposit was sent to him. I expressed my frustration as Robert had not returned any calls or texts since receiving my check, so Wesley said he would handle it. After calling every day about my deposit, only to be told different stories or, quite frankly, lies about when I could expect my money, even being informed that they needed to sell a car to refund me, I advised Wesley that I needed my money so I could purchase insurance for the car I paid cash for and since I didn't have insurance I couldn't drive the vehicle and was in jeopardy of losing my job because they were playing games with my money. I advise you to steer clear of these shady individuals. You might find yourself in a situation you deeply regret. I am determined to report their business practices to every relevant government agency. To add insult to injury, they sent me a fake snapshot of my Zelle payment. After calling Zelle customer service, there was no record of my money being sent through Zelle. They have no idea who they are playing with, and I am going to make their life a living hell. I know it's just $500, but it's personal now! There's no way this company has all those positive reviews unless they are paying people to post, but they are about to see what a person with connections can do when you provide bad customer service.
