It really came as no surprise when a warranty for odd services was tacked onto the price. Did you know that their salespeople work on salary and not commission? Well, now you do. The next reason we chose them is money. We carry a lot of debt and knew no other dealer would finance us - but H Greg would and they did. Sarah Bosworth was a really relatable young lady. She knew her job and did it well. We also met the manager after our test drive. Great guy. Another employee, Daniel from Canada, just came over to chat with us and was an all-around great guy as well. A true piesano! It's only been 2 days but so far we are extremely pleased with the car. Knock on wood, it seems we got a good one. The key fob, though only one (not a big deal as this has happened to us before at the now defunct Off Lease Only and we simply bought a second one from Amazon) actually has the cut key inside it (at Off Lease, it was not cut, just a blank key). I don't know how he did it, but "Big Mike", Atieh, got us into a payment we were comfortable with. We were there a total of 2 1/2 hours and drove home in a really nice ride. Our last auto purchase at Napleton took twice as long. The only minor complaint we have is the detailers are just meh. When we pulled down the armrest in the back seat, there were kid toys and some garbage stuck in there, the touch-screen up front was full of fingerprints, and the spare tire area could've been better. I would leave zero stars if I could! We purchased a car on 3/31/26. We drove it home and the very next day the check engine light came on. We took it to our mechanic who scanned the code and told us it showed a failing catalytic converter and there was also a radiator leak during inspection. They wrote us a "we owe" document and had us bring the car to Pep Boys Auto. On 4/7/2026 Pep Boys replaced the radiator and oxygen sensors but did not replace the catalytic converter. We picked the car up on 4/7/2026 and immediately the check engine light came back on. The next day we had to bring it back to Pep Boys. After not hearing from Pep Boys in a timely manner, we communicated that to HGreg who said they would tow the vehicle from Pep Boys to HGreg to have their technicians work on the car. Our car sat there for a week while they said they were waiting on parts. They finally texted us to tell us that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and to take the car to a Cadillac dealership for it to be repaired. Cadillac told us it would only be under warranty if it was the catalytic converter. Cadillac did their inspection and found that the exhaust bracket before the catalytic converter was broken so exhaust was leaking out of the pipes before reaching the catalytic converter, therefore showing a failure. The repairs would not be covered under warranty. Mind you, HGreg told us we would have peace of mind buying from them. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, and we have had no peace of mind since purchasing this car. We brought the car back to HGreg who fixed the exhaust bracket and supposedly replaced the catalytic converter. They told us the car was ready to pick up. We went to pick up the car and crawled under the car to examine the repairs. I started the car with my fiance underneath. He witnessed liquid and exhaust shooting out of the exhaust flange joint. He told the manager we were not going to take the car like that. We told them to call Cadillac and replace the exhaust like they had suggested. The flanges and bolts were rusted and Cadillac had suggested replacing the exhaust because with all of the rust and taking it apart it could cause more issues which it did. HGreg told us they would send the car to a muffler/exhaust shop (Palm Beach Muffler) and have them replace the exhaust flange joints by welding on new ones. Once again they said our car was ready for pick up. We picked the car up and they DID NOT replace the exhaust flange joints. The rusty parts are still on. All the muffer exhaust shop did was use gasket sealer on the exhaust flange joints that connect to the catalytic converter. My fiance mentioned it to the manager who had their head mechanic call us. We also spoke to the muffler shop and everyone is saying they can't replace it which is not true. We've also asked for the work and service orders for the "repairs" which they have not given us. On the 5th day after picking the car up from HGreg this last time, my thermostat for my coolant went out. Now we're are being quoted $1900 to replace the thermostat and thermostat housing by our shop. We texted HGreg about this issue and they are ignoring our texts and calls. They sold us a car with a damaged emissions/exhaust system. They said they inspect their vehicles but how do you miss a visibly damaged exhaust and a check engine light during an inspection? We believe we were sold the car under false pretenses. They also forced us to buy a "elite protection plan" for $1698 and said they could not remove it. They also charged us a "predelivery service charge" of $1299 which is supposedly to cover the cost of inspection but due to all these issues we believe no inspection was completed. They told us they would reimburse us for 2 inspections we paid for and would get us a 2nd key which they have not. HGreg selling cars with leaking exhaust is a public health and an environmental issue. If gases leak into the cabin of a vehicle it can cause carbon monoxide poisoning. It's extremely disheartening knowing they watched us put our children's car seats in the car and drive off with the probability of them knowing the car had issues and purposefully clearing the check engine light to misrepresent the condition of the car. read more

It is a 799.00 plan that supposedly covers the interior and exterior of the car for issues on the paint and etc. IT IS NOT, they only will CLEARCOAT AGAIN, they also DO NOT DO THE INTERIOR. Cars with supposed clean Carfax, when you go to the manufacturer all warranty claims are denied. These cars must be gray market. I would not trust the cars, odometer readings, or the Carfax reports. Strong recommendation - do not trust these guys and do not buy a car here. I plan to spend the next 12 months spreading the word so other customers do not get ripped off. At least with Carmax it tells you on the outside of the front door what to expect. Terrible service! I bought a car and it had engine problems so swapped it out for another car 3 days later. Hgreg finance rep failed to transfer the tags for over 2 months so the DMV thought I still owned the 1st car without insurance. They suspended my license.
