He avoided communicating with me and ignored me during most of me trying to work with him with my car. He told me he would help me and then would vanish, ignoring my correspondences. I finally started to do things myself (in August) and go to car dealerships myself (and he came around a little in communication with me after he saw that I was going to take care of it myself). He told me to hold off until the end of the month (this was at the end of August) because of "end of month deals"...which I did. He ignored me and didn't communicate anything with me and it's now September 13th, so I missed out on any possible deals I could have gotten for Labor Day. (He made me hold off and then ignored me) I was referred to him in July and it is now September 13th and he still hasn't helped me. I could've taken care of this myself. It is very frustrating working with someone who not only avoided communicating with me, but also ignored me. I had two friends ask about Top Tier and I gave them their information at first, but after having this stressful, frustrating experience, I went back to my friends and told them to not work with him (Raphael). Leaving this review is not going to get back the two almost three months I've lost because of Raphael and that is even more frustrating. I do NOT recommend.

From the car on the flatbed, placing of the red bow on the hood, their representative holding my 6 month old (lol), my 7 year old "driving" the new car, several of my husband and our 2 boys standing with the car etc...they uploaded all our pics into a Dropbox account and sent them to us! A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! I can't say anything about the financing or in and outs of the actual car "buying" portion of the deal as I wasn't aware he was getting me a car, but he seemed very much at ease with his purchase. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Our experience has been above any expectations we have ever had for a dealership. Can't recommend them enough!!

horrible experience - total scammers - they were selling at 2012 jetta for $5999, drove great, but…read morebrakes when to the floor. asked to take it to my mechanic, he said it needed a vacuum pump so that the brakes would not fail. it would be 500 to 600 to fix. told vasil at summit auto brokers and he said that he would call me back. never hear from him, when i called him he said he sold the car and got full price. unfortunately for him, he did not realize that when he reposted the car on facebook i would see it. they are completely untrustworthy, and i hope that the person who buys this car is safe because those brakes are not.
