I made it clear I didn't want a co-signer, yet they kept pressuring me and even had the audacity to say, "Do your parents not care enough to co-sign for you?" Completely unprofessional and offensive. I repeatedly explained my budget, and instead of working with me, they were dismissive and condescending, basically implying I was naive and would never find a car in my price range. Their tone and attitude were unbelievably rude, and my friends who came along were just as shocked by how disrespectful they were. This dealership clearly doesn't care about their customers, only about squeezing as much money as possible out of you. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Avoid at all costs.

There were a whole series of problems that cascaded after one particular problem occurred. I was afraid that the engine was going to need to be replaced because another mechanic at a different location was telling me this. I had the car towed to Fort Lauderdale Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo. Upon first inspection, they assured me that that was not the case and the engine would be fine. They were very professional and they found all the different problems that occurred and they fixed every one of them. It took a while because some of those parts were on back order but when they arrived the work was done promptly and efficiently. They made sure there was no problems in my motor. They did an excellent job. Christian Ruiz and Joe Esquerra, my service writers are to be commended for excellent work and contact with me. They went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it.

El día 28 de mayo de este 2024 voy a ver un Volkswagen Passat 2015 que estaban vendiendo , lo reviso como cualquier persona que no sabe nada de autos , para mi en ese momento estaba todo bien , solo cuando abri el capo del motor para revisarlo , la barrilla que sostiene el capo no funcionaba , y me dice el señor David que fue quien me atendió que el me iba a comprar la barrilla y que se la iba a cambiar , todo muy amable en ese momento , bueno comenzamos hacer todos los papeles para hacer la compra , yo salgo 2 horas después con el auto para mi casa . A los 2 días de tener el auto se enciende una luz en la pizarra junto a los relojes de miden la temperatura y la gasolina , el auto daba tironcito hacia adelante cuando le ponía la directa cosa muy rara y mala a la ves , el cristal de la puerta derecha no cerraba totalmente , cuando intentaba cerrarlo , bajaba de pronto solo , en el maletero no podia poner maletas porque el piso no estaba ,tenia el cover de color negro pero no se podia poner nada sobre el, la herramientas para cambiar una goma pinchada tampoco las tenia , y para colmo el día lunes 3 de junio iba para mi trabajo y de repente se paga el auto , tuve que llamar una grúa que me cobro 100 dólares para llevarlo para mi casa , me pongo en contacto con el dealer y les cuento todo lo que esta escrito aquí ,el miércoles día 5 vinieron hasta mi casa y se llevaron el auto , quiero aquí destacar que el señor David no quería que yo trajera a un mecánico para que le hiciera un diagnostico al auto , ni yo tampoco quería traerlo por que eso lo tenia que pagar de mi bolsillo , y además ya les había pagado 2000 dólares de entrada , ya no estaba para mas gastos , quiero que sepan que después de ese día ya ellos no me trataron de la misma manera , que paso después que se llevaron el auto ? nadie me llamaba, nadie me decía nada , como a las 2 semanas una tal Yohana me manda un mensaje diciéndome que era la manager del dealer donde yo compre el auto que necesitaba hablar conmigo, como dos días después la llamo y me dice que ya sabían el problema que tenia el auto , resulta que tenia la bomba de gasolina dañada y que ellos pagaban la mitad y la otra mitad la pagaba yo , Uds. se imaginan semejante estupidez de esta señora ,este dealer se dedica a comprar autos en las subastas , y no se que tipo de revision le hacen a los auto que al menos a mi me han vendido un pedazo de chatarra y financiado, es inaceptable lo que me han hecho , los 2000 dólares ahora ellos me dicen que no son reembolsables , que los perdí , a todas estas ellos tienen el auto desde el día 5 de junio , hasta el sol de hoy , así que imaginen con quien están tratando.
