When the person doing the resurfacing disassembled the lock, the lock cylinder would not budge. We tried the Baldwin instructions (inserting a key and screw out the cylinder) but that did not work. We called a locksmith, but they were unsuccessful as well. We used Chat GPT to find out that there are special wrenches called mortise cylinder wrenches. They are not a common tool so none of the home improvement stores had one. Chat GPT found Noble Key Supply and recommended their wrench. I called them in the afternoon (about 12:30 PM west coast time). A live person answered and I asked if they could ship the wrench across the country so I could get it the next day. They said yes and I ordered the tool. It arrived at about 11:30 AM east cost time and within about 10 minutes we had the cylinder removed. The tool worked great and the service from Noble saved the day. Thanks!

When my key failed and left me stranded at Target, the owner was incredibly kind and even offered to send someone to pick me up. They also quickly arranged to make another key for me the very next day at my home. The customer care has been exceptional. My frustration is **strictly with the quality and reliability of the replacement key fobs**. Around December, I received a generic Mercedes key fob without the logo, which was completely fine with me. However, the center piece repeatedly falls off, and the key itself has intermittently failed, requiring me to carry my original Mercedes key as a backup. I had planned to replace the car soon, so initially I didn't want to make an issue of it. However, I'm keeping the car longer than expected, and the recurring key problems have become genuinely frustrating--especially because the same center piece continues to fall off. **I don't want to complain or ask for yet another replacement. My concern is simply understanding why these replacement fobs seem to have both a reliability issue and a recurring problem with the center piece falling off.** The customer service is truly wonderful; I just wish the product quality matched it.

I did not want this to be removed. The added deadbolt was to be installed above the original knob/lock. Kern instead did unauthorized actions. Kern completely violated the agreement and instruction, and stole my original doorknob/lock and will not return it to me, and will not even return my requests for a contact back, with these requests coming from both me and from the maintenance supervisor with the property management company. They must return my property to me that they never should have stolen, and another company will have to correct all of this as per my original instructions that never should have been violated.
