The and her friend could not figure out a way to get back in (read: the screwdriver method was attempted) so they needed a professional. Enter Alex from Top Level Locksmith. He was done in minutes and our transaction was all handled online. He stayed in contact and was super friendly the whole time. Given that I was dragging him out of his house after 7PM and he had to drive over, the rate was very reasonable. Would definitely use Top Level's services again!

Both were hardware stores that offered key copying services. Both hardware stores (Tarzian and Lehman Locksmiths) in Park Slope failed to copy the keys correctly--the key didn't work on either door with the keys made from Lehman. The key would only work on the outside door with the keys made from Tarzian. I actually had Tarzian try twice and both attempts were a failure. Finally went to All Security and he carefully made the keys once and they worked in both doors. Great local place specializing in keys and locks. Highly recommend over hardware stores or less specialized shops. Cash only.
