This place is an absolute nightmare. First off I want to…read moreadd that the first month and a half of experience that I had with these people was nice. However it was all an act to be clear. Back in February due to a nerve condition I was forced by doctors and hospital staff to undergo losing my child because both myself and the baby weren't healthy enough to continue carrying her. I was 24 weeks along. The weeks leading up to it I was in and out of UCSF very very sick. The whole thing was devastating for me. Due to it all I ended up spending 3 weeks in the hospital. Getting shuffled between memorial and UCSF because I have a lot of medical issues and I couldn't just go anywhere without having complications. Due to that I was a week late on my payment. Not even six months into the loan. I said every time up front in the beginning to the end I was more than happy to violate my own HIPPA rights and show the paperwork with proof. When mind you a fat chunk had been paid up front and up until then. That week after the first 5 weeks of dealing with this. June called me asking for the payment. My payment at the time was only a week late. I didn't mind her calling early even though I was sick. What I did mind was that I was gagging on the phone. Holding back puke to talk. I know she could hear me. And she got rude with me in that moment that I couldn't sit down and pay her. That I told her I had to contact my finance attorney. (Who she keeps telling me is a lie until she finally stopped refusing to call him for the final pay off and did her job.) And that I couldn't help her but if she wanted to be helped she could be. While I'm explaining my entire medical issue I'm facing in the moment. Which I felt I should of not been made so uncomfortable to feel the need to do that. Since this issue I have dealt with NOTHING SHORT OF HELL AND PANIC FROM THESE PEOPLE. After this happened I was already thinking about moving my loan. Before I did. Anytime Wells Fargo hit an issue or something happened and I had to contact them. I was so uncomfortable to call the office due to how she had acted that I would literally break down panicking trying to pay my bill before I even called. I tried to have a friend do it once it got really bad. So she then berated my friend for calling while taking the payment anyways even though she wasn't supposed to instead of explaining nicely she wasn't supposed to do what she was doing. And told her I had to call next time. Pretty much locking me into dealing with them regardless. Even though I still took exterior steps to get them paid. After another month or two of trying to push myself to not panic and call for the next bitch out of judgment from a lady who seems to have very little life experience of dealing with people other than her own kind and in her job. Long story short ever since she found out I was someone she didn't agree with and passed judgment on. I've been dealing with shit service and hell. Oh also since they thought so low of me. They didn't ever pay anything on my principle amount. Violet's stays and federal la on what they paid on interest first. And photo copied documents that I didn't sign into one so did so crap like I can see the line from the paper on the copy. And they upped my interest 7% on the copy they gave me in May. When the contract I have that I signed when I bought it says less. We hope it will push into court here in a month or so once we get done making sure there aren't others without money or legal counsel to class action sue. And thenI don't care what you think of feel about people. Even if there payment is late sometimes. Or people have weird banking situations like I do because I manage a lot of money. We have contacted Lendmark cooperation by attorney and have asked that due to medical bias and the phone recordings that prove this is when it started. That June should be fired and removed from the corporation as well as her manager Alma for assisting the effort in thinking it was funny to not send over contracts consistently requested by the party the loan is for. We will he pushing for compensation if they don't. Seeing as all I've asked for from the start was an apology. And for them to be nicer to where I don't have to yell out of fear to not be insulted 45 seconds in. Don't go here. Don't let anyone approve you here. Even if you need the car. It's lot worth it if you buy it. And then when they don't like you they start keeping all your payments against the interest tact law and use their own bias to financially illegally screw you. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

I made a fairly recent purchase of a mid-size luxury car from Cammisa and had a great experience…read more I was in the unusual position of purchasing from out-of-state....at the peak of winter.....with record snowfall. I made arrangements with another specialty car shop in the area to perform a pre-purchase inspection. The folks at Cammisa were kind enough to drive it to their facility, drop it off for a couple days and then come back to pick it up, all without any promises from me and only to extend their customer service in the hopes a making the sale. I also had the car shipped on a truck straight from their lot to my location. The Cammisa staff, once again were fully accommodating in getting it on the truck and getting my car out to me. I've had the car for a little over a month now. It is exactly how they represented it. It was low miles, good condition and at a price cheaper than anywhere else I could find (I've been on the hunt, nationwide, for nearly a year, btw). Their team was top form and made this a pleasant experience. And even with all of the added complications of buying from out of state, they made adjustments to make certain I was comfortable in purchasing and not employing the 'hard-sell' tactics I've received from others in the past. They're one of the shadiest dealerships I've dealt with and appear to pick and choose which cars they'll accept for the cash-for-clunkers rebate. My Hubby and I went there w/ our clunker, brought all our paperwork like the salesman instructed and was assured via email *twice* that he could work out a deal for our requested pricing. Our salesman (I won't say his name but it rhymes with "Peeve"!) brought us to a separate lot to pick the car we wanted. While we were driving to pick up the car, he began telling us how some dealerships are wary about accepting clunkers and try to aim for cars that they might be able to resell if the government doesn't end up paying them for the clunkers. He acted as if that was something his dealership didn't do. He says: Yeah, we accept clunkers! Sh*t, we've done almost 40 so far! Once we were more at ease with him, he began asking several questions about our clunker: Is it in decent condition? How many miles does it have on it? Etc., Etc. At the time it sounded like small talk. When we got back to the dealership he sat us down to "discuss financing". I put that in quotes because no discussion took place! Before we even got started, someone from one of the offices called his name. He excused himself and after 3 minutes came back and said "I just spoke to the guys upstairs and we're supposed to cease all cash for clunker sales until further notice". I asked: It's on hold everywhere? And he responded with a vague: No, just here - the guys upstairs just got a call. And then he had the nerve to ask us if we wanted him to calculate financing for a trade-in instead!!! WTF?!? So after a minute or two of shaking our heads, and trying to figure out what had just happened, the salesman gets a call and he says to whomever's calling: Yes...Yes...It changes everyday but bring it in and we'll try to work something out. And he realizes we're sitting there looking at him and says to the caller: Can you please hold, I just need to wrap it up with another customer. He says: I'm really sorry about that. Hope you didn't drive far. Give me your number just in case. UNBELIEVABLE! I know someone was calling to inquire about trading in their clunker!!! They told me they fixed the EGR, but they actually installed the wrong size part. They also claimed they put in new brakes and rotors, but my car still makes scraping sounds every time I drive. On top of that, their communication is terrible. Half the time they promised to get back to me, they never did. I constantly had to call them myself just to get any answers. They really got me, I'll admit it -- but I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the stress, money, or frustration. Go somewhere else that actually stands behind what they sell.
