The website they use is terribly outdated and requires a paper that was mailed to me in the early part of the loan creation to even get access. We do not have that paper any longer, and getting access without it has been nightmarish. We are now selling the house and sadly will probably pay a pre-payment penalty, which honestly is worth it just to be done with F&M. The people in the bank on Dale road are nice enough, though the painful process following the loan origination are enough to keep me away from F&M permanently. The three-star rating is strictly for the staff, it has been a train wreck since then.

I keep giving them chances but I'm done with this location. They don't ask how they can help or even acknowledge that you're even in the branch. They only care about their breaks and lunch. Tellers are a little nicer than the people (bankers) at their desks, hiding from customers. If you reach out to them they seem "bothered" by me asking for help. First response is, "did you make an appt on the app?" How about, " how can I help you today?" Try that!!

this review is for katrina who helped me over the phone with my payment plan for my credit card …read more she gave excellent customer service ! she was patient with me explaining all the options trying to help me since i have been a member for chase for over 10 years since 2016. ive alwyas haf outstanding payment history. i had called the branch to see if someone could work with me i spoke to two supervisors and they were unable to give me any options. they told me basically what i chose is what i chose and did not help me. ir give me any other options except for closing ny account indefinitely,. until i spoke with katrina. luckily, she helped me so that i can keep my account open and still make my payment plans . if it wasn't for katrina, i'd be closing my account permanently with chase no other associate or supervisor could assist me and did not give me any options and i was on the line for an hour and a half. luckily katrina help me i was waiting for a survey through my email. i didn't receive once i wanted to leave one on yelp. katrina does not work at the branch, but i believe she is through customer service anyway she helped me out a lot more than the supervisors could help me or anyone else and i really appreciate her if it wasn't for her i'd be closing my account and definitely with chase. it seems like they don't care no matter your credit history or how long you have been a member they were not willing to work with me thankfully katrina helped me !
