I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from?
