Save your self the hassle and do not come here! I've reached out for weeks to get my refund. No one gets back to me or they just hang up. A few weeks ago my dad added me to his policy I was given a quote then when I go to check the paper work it was a complete different amount but the agent Jesse Loya had already charged my husband card over $300. I let him know that the numbers were different he said oh no not sure what happen yeah right. We then proceeded to only add myself and my truck and not my husband and the car as well. He then charged my car a second time with $200 and something. He stated he would submit a refund for the $300 which was fine weeks went by I never got my refund I call to get a hold of him he has blocked me I then searched up his info and found he worked at this location I call the girl tells me let me see if he's busy then comes back and says or he's not in today. Fishy first red flag called the next day I was given another run around by another gentleman there. Days later I was finally able to get a hold of him but he submitted a refund to accounting for $50! Not the amount we had previously agreed on. Today I call no one can get a hold of him I get told he doesn't work there and I ask for a supervisor or manager they said they couldn't get me to one. I'm not usually a hard client as I work in the healthcare industry and know how this can be and my customers are priority but this is unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE OR CALL HERE! They will be nice and convincing to win comisión but once something goes wrong your blocked! read more

I was very disappointed when it was all said and done. I went in to the Burney St office because unbeknownst to me my GEICO Ins. had been canceled because of non payment. (I thought I was on auto pay and apparently I wasn't.) so I needed coverage pronto. So I went to Cost u less for help. Insure me. Now with GEICO I was only paying $86. a month. Now I'm paying $166. a month! And Cost U Less charged me over $400. for their service fee. The agent couldn't tell me the new insurance name, said it would be in the mail. The Documents I received had the name of an insurance co. I'd never heard of and the auto pay on my bank statement was a completely different name! A couple days later another insurance co. took out some more money after just a couple days, then the next payment was took out by yet another co. When I went back to Cost you less the agent told me in so many words that it was my problem and I had to contact these companies myself. I'm just wondering what the $400 service fee I paid them was for it they're not gonna help me. This is not cost you less. This is cost u more beware. I've paid over $1200 for insurance on my car since Dec 22 to Mar. 13th. I wished I looked on better business bureau first. read more

Been with them for years now...I recently sold one of my cars and was very pissed off to find out they wouldn't remove it over the phone and we had to come into the office and pay a$20 fee to do so...I've spent A LOT of money and never made a claim...I thought professionalism and customer care were a right given to me by choosing them as my insurance provider..very chicken shit to charge for changes to your policy..especially for a removal..I guess they felt they needed a bit more money out of me...I will be finding new insurance soon..hope they don't charge me 20 to tell them to f off..lol read more

This is the worst place on earth, the customer service here is garbage, it is a joke. I dread ever having to walk in this office again. You get what you pay for. They always seem to charge extra for who knows what, they started a new policy for me, with out canceling my previous policy, which I was under the impression had been taken care of. The old account went in to collections while I was paying on the new account. When I called to get it corrected I got the run around that the associate that helped me no longer worked there. Sara in particular is the worst and should be avoided at all cost. She will sell you a horrible policy then be no where to be found when you need assistance. After changing my policy but staying with Cost-U-Less she failed to send proper information to my bank and cost me thousands.
