After I shopped around I decided to go with this company because of all the marketing that they do about being reputable. I paid $1000 for 6 month, 400k worth of coverage for my property. After one year the building was involved in a fire. I put a claim with the company and waited one week for them to come out and meet with me about the claim. After a few days I was notified about another fire at my same property. I called up nationwide and told them while I was waiting around there was another fire so I need to file an additional claim. They came out and assured me that everything would be ok and everything was covered.They gave me 3k for rents in one month while the investigated. After that SIU stepped in investigate the fire. After that I began chasing them my claim and they just kept putting me off. The more i co operated the more they investigated. After One year of the games, they just drained me financially until i was forced to sell my property to stop the financial bleeding. I never saw any money out of my claim and lost a total of $40k of my own personal savings trying to survive this claim process. I paid for $400k of coverage and received 3k just for rents. No property damage money at all. I have had fires and claims before but never have i ever seen a more corrupt insurance company then this one. I will never recommend this company to anyone.They are are only interested in stealing your money and when you file a claim they believe it was you responsible for the fire and use their investigation clause in the policy not to pay you. I am writing this review to give credit where credit is due. F- is the real rating of this company. Beware of them.

We went there to get insurance and the lady…read morehad her baby, dog, mother ... and we had told her we were ln a Realy hard spot since my husband lost his job because of covid and had major health issues happening and I had to have back surgery so we asked to please give us full covarge for both of our cars since it's what we always get for our cars. I made sure to ask to please give us uninsured motors too and she said she would. After searching two places ONLY TWO only she tells me it is not possible to get full coverage for my car because I had an accident on my record !!! Wtf since when that's an issue ??? I have Always had full coverage for the reason so many drive without insincere. LONG story short we get screwed with no uninsured motors and only one car fully covered and we put down 7oo and our monthly would be 464!!!! YES BECAUSE WE ARE SHITTING MONEY. Couple weeks later we find the Best Insurance and our monthly is half that damn price and full coverage with max not state minimums . And when I went to confront her she got up and got close to my face to assault me and if she dares to lie she took a video of me and she expects me to be calm and not be upset. I have a child with a Blood disease and if I had gotten in accident he can die instantly and if the person who hit wasn't insured I would be considered at fault for killing or harming my own child !!! That is the type of company this lying woman runs. Call anyone ANYONE BUT THEM. I love giving local bussiness a chance more than the mainstream ones But to hell with that. My family comes first.
