Well I'm back again and this time as a customer! Let me just first start off by saying that Shawn Phan made the process of getting an insurance quote for my new car about as pain free as could possibly be. I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from? If you haven't bothered to get a quote from Allstate do yourself a favor and stop by and pay a visit to David and Shawn, I PROMISE they will take great care of you. read more

Came through after my cousin got into a car accident and got screwed with no insurance, had some friends refer me to Shawn Phan over Facebook and couldn't be happier! I compared my other options at other insurance companies and could definitely not beat the offers he told me about. Was super friendly and professional at the same time. Doesn't give that salesman attitude a lot of other places give, instead gives a total genuine vibe that makes me feel as a customer that he just wants to help me be covered the best and cost efficient way possible. I just gave him a call one day and he took care of the rest. Shawn phan is an awsome guy. When i frist called to get a quote from him i couldnt help but be amazed how his customer service was. He sounded very happy to help you out. I went to other insurance companys and i couldnt help but notice the tone in there voices it seemed like they were very sad and hated there job. Shawn phan helped me get insurance in literally 5mins he was quick. If you want excellent help and quick service request shawn and you wont be disappionted. Worst customer service! I have 18yrs+ in luxury client relations management , and I expect the best when I put my hard earned money into everyday necessities. I'm appauled by this businesses practices and lack of customer service. I called today in question with why our rates increased and Angie's customer experience at this establishment was everything but feeling like I was in good hands. Thank you for letting me know who we won't be patronizing anymore. We recently needed roadside assistance last weekend while on our way home from Fremont , and the service fell short for the extra add on for roadside assistance with customer support. Thank goodness we had another competitors service to out way paying $100 plus an extra $14 per each mile. My goodness what have I been paying for? Guess that was our first sign to change insurance company's. If I were you, get all the hidden details and watch out for extra marketing tactics and add ons from this particular establishment. Beyond disappointed. I was truly looking for an agency relationship and if things change in the policy, quiet frankly..you should definitely have picked up the phone and called us. Or even better...higher and train your staff on quality customer service because that is what made up my mind to move on. Do your research people! If you are looking for great insurance coverage for your car, home etc...this is the office to come to. David Ngo and Shawn Phan are both awesome! They are both very knowledgable and will answer all your insurance questions and work with you to get you the best possible coverage. David is our agent but if I have ever called and he was unavailable, Shawn was able to take my call and answer all my questions and help me out with any concerns I have. He even took the time once to look into a little bit of additional coverage for a very minimal extra fee every month to what I already had, that was a great benefit to us. It's that little bit of extra care that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this Allstate office if you are looking into getting insurance.
