They don't respond to calls or emails. They finally sent their inspector to look at the vehicle damage then lowballed the amount they were willing to pay. After 2 weeks of trying to contact them (with Honda also trying) I got a one line email stating they issued payment to Honda. Only Honda never got the money. So we spent another 2 weeks with them Never responding to emails or voicemails. Finally, after 2 months with the car in the shop they refused to pay the full amount. They also doubled our premium added our 28 yr old son to the policy without even mentioning it to us. Yesterday I cancelled our policy with them. Never again.
