When I had finally reached out to the agent after 2-3 years, I didn't get any satisfactory response in addition to delayed responses and always voice mail. I really missed talking to the agent who can really understand what I'm looking for and help me. This is frustrating and like other comments have said, this company may not be holding their employees accountable for their job. So annoying that we are without a car for over a month now with no word from them. Just wanted to put this review here in case others are going through the same thing or are forced to work with them. UPDATE: We got connected with another adjuster and the manager of our original adjuster and things turned around super quickly. Both were so helpful and quick with their responses and actions.
