Sayed helped me a few years ago when he was with a large insurance company and was highly impressed by the way you explained the process and products. He used to constantly check in with me. After being with online insurance companies for a very long time, it was a very unique experience. He was always staying on top of my mind. Whenever I needed something I knew he will be there and he was always super prompt in his responses. I was getting terrible service after he left that company with the new agent assigned to me, who never took time to talk to me and was happy with auto-renewals. I wish if I could give them zero stars, they increased my insurance multiple times without any reason, my record was clean and I didn't have any accidents, I called multiple times asking for the reason and they offered me to lower my benefits or millage if I want to get the same monthly payment which didn't make sense for me. And after my wife had​ a minor accident they told me to not worry and the repair costs won't exceed $1000 however I was surprised that I have $40 increase in my monthly payment and when I called they were very rude and offered me to include my home insurance as well or they will keep increasing my bill! In short, keep away from them, they might give you a good price in the beginning but they will increase your bill without any reason to make you either decrease your benefits or include more things under your policy (e.g. house, apartment, ...) read more

My name is David I am 68 years old which means I have dealt with insurance companies, agents, & brokers for many decades however this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review. My review is in reference to an insurance agency & my personal agent . The Hashimi Insurance Agency of Tracy California and Sayed Hashimi the agency's owner and my agent of record. I have been Sayed's client for approx. a decade now and my sister whose is also a client and has been for many more years then I shares the same thoughts and feeling as I regarding Sayed. He is simply the person one would want regarding all things insurance. My former agents from All State, Farmers, AAA and others were nice but I can not even remember their names let alone see their faces in my mind nor can I share 1- personal thing about them as I don't know anything. I was always dealing with my agents subordinates. I would like to share with you the traits that Sayed possesses which reflects who Sayed is as a person and how they translate into how he goes about each day conducting business and how these traits impacts and affects you his client. Sayed is detailed orientated, Sayed has never ever let a task that has been given let slip through the preverbal crack or ever left a question unanswered. He listens not just hears and not many people do that. He truly cares about your welfare in all ways not just insurance needs. I could go on but you'll stop reading so lastly I want share with you why I felt compelled to write this review. I was involved in a 1- car accident where I was driving in the fast lane on a 4 lane hyway traveling 65-70 mph. The vehicle in front of me serves to his right revealing a bed mattress lying in my lane believing my best course of action was to hit the mattress straight on as I feared trying to avert the mattress could result in a more dangerous & life threatening experience. When I got home I called the insurance company to report the incident & moments after describing the event to the representative as I describe them to you, the rep says this maybe a driver at fault accident he said maybe I didn't leave the proper distance to safely come to a stop before hitting the mattress. I was dumbfounded and scared as I was guided by my logic not law. Sure I'm aware that close to 100 percent of the time the vehicle in the rear position is at fault. But my logic says well a mattress lying in the middle of a freeway lane is not the same as a car in front of you traveling at approx. the same rate of speed. Fearing the worst the damage to my car, my increased premiums, the affect on my driving record I immediately called Sayed and shared my event and my fears and Sayed basically took over directing me with advise and personally contacting the Ins. company to express my logic and my points of view. Sayed called back a day later informing me the insurance company has reversed it decision declaring the incident as a no fault accident. You can imagine the relief I had. I truly believe my worst fears would have come into reality if not for Sayed. However a day after Sayed delivered that great news I recd a letter from the ins. company stating that with careful review of the facts they had they concluded that by a 51% margin was at fault. I immediately called Sayed to inform him of the letter. He told me to ignore it as it must have been sent prior to him calling. I believe they generated the letter moments after I reported the incident. Sayed's knowledge of ins. companies their policies & guidelines and the character traits I spoke of have helped out other members of my family as well . Sayed is a hard working man who works for his clients not the ins. company. Puts in long hours meeting the needs of his customer. I have met Sayed many times after hours as it was more convienant for me certainly not for him as I know his home is a 2 hr drive. He is a family man as we have discussed family many times and who I can only believe by what I know of his character that he has to be a good husband and a great father to his children. His family as it does me is the source of his motivation to do what he does at the level he does it. I'll leave you with this last thought. If you need or want Insurance then you'll want and need Sayed owner of "The Hashimi Insurance Agency." Call his office you'll find the employees reflect Sayed philosophy as well.
