Let me start off by saying I don't usually leave reviews but this company and Rigo Hernandez are seriously Top Notch and I think anyone looking for Insurance needs to know about them! Dont look any further... THIS is the company you need and want to go with!! After my parent's passing, I was looking for insurance for their property with a mobile home placed on it. I had called a few other places before being referred to TCS and to this day, I have never received even a call back from a couple of places I called and finally received one from another about 4 days later! In late 2020, my family had purchased a mobile home for my disabled sister. Since the property was purchase from a trust, it had to retain the title of the trust on the insurance policy. I shopped around all the major insurance carriers to see if they would carry it (Farmers, State Farm, etc.), and none knew how to title the policy in the name of the trust. I literally called at least 10 carriers, and not one of them knew how to do this. This became urgent because I couldn't close on the property until insurance was secured. I happened to call TCS, and Brian literally saved the property being closed, and I had insurance secured by the following day. This year, he also helped my cousin who had a similar problem with an inherited property. Needless to say, Brian and TCS are the experts and my family is very appreciative! read more

STAY AWAY!! This guy Domingo will screw you and then blame it on you. Completely unethical and unprofessional. Last yr i came and got a policy with roadside assistance and then 2 months later came in and told him to add another car and i wanted the same thing as the first car, a month later 2nd car breaks down, i call roadside and they tell me that the 2nd car isnt on the policy i call Domingo he says he forgot to add it on but that he knows a cheap tow for only $60. So he messes up and still wants you to pay for it. I cancelled the policy but acouple of months later i forgave it and when back and got a policy for 1 car for $70. Next month i add a 2nd car and he quotes me $80 for both cars. Pay the next month $80 and then i get email saying the policy is now $101 instead of the 80. I come talk to Domingo and atfirst he says that he didnt add it up right after i tell him that he quoted me 80 a month he says that the was just for the 1st month and that I didnt ask what my monthly bill was going to be and since i didnt ask he didnt tell me..how does that make any sense? Who doesnt ask how much there car insurance bill is going to be everymonth? And what kind of sleazy sales person wouldnt automically mention it even if the client doesnt ask? Domingo.
