The service is personalized. Michael, our tax preparer, took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions. Where there were alternative filing options, he computed those and advised us of the best choice. We're very satisfied with the assistance we get at A&L and with the business-like approach we've found there. The one thing we'd like that we don't get at A & L is tax strategies or in depth counseling on how, next year, we might better structure our expenses and costs to optimize our savings. To be fair, we're paying A & L to prepare our tax forms and not for tax planning services. Still, some guidance, here and there would be appreciated.
