She's never owed money on her taxes. She paid Stacy the cost of preparing her taxes but did not have Stacy file them. She wanted to go back to her original tax preparer for clarification. Her original tax preparer did her taxes and my sister got $2000 back. What a huge difference. Also, Stacy was not honest about the referral program. At our very 1st visit, she verbally told me she pays $50 per referral. I referred 2 people. After continuous texts & phone calls to her, she finally paid me & only paid $20. She said she only pays $10 per referral, which is NOT what she told me in the beginning.

She was very precise as well very knowledgeable about tax preparation. I learned things about my tax return that I had never known before. She answered all of my questions as well as going over my finished tax return with much detail. I brought all of the paperwork needed and we went over our tax return, line by line. What was also very impressive, after she entered my information into their tax program, we were able to complete the process right there and was told that our return would be submitted electronically that day.
