I called to schedule an appt to notarize a couple documents and…read morewhen she called me back I explained to her that I live outside of the City of Manteca limits and I don't mind paying an extra travel fee because I understand that I live a little off the beaten path. We scheduled the appt and when she was on her way she called and rudely started telling me that a one of the major roads to get to my house from the city was closed and continued to go on about how I should tell people that it is closed before they come to my house and she has already waisted 20min worth of gas and she was done and no longer coming. I started to explain that there is a different route to use to get to my house and she hung up on me. I honestly did not know there were any road closures and had I known I would of let her know. I asked why and she said cause she's busy although she was ready to help me. I went to the self serve scanner and start doing it myself and two other people walked in and she helped them. So why couldn't she help me is the question and they were served. I felt discriminated and couldn't understand why I couldn't get her help and they did. This was unacceptable and bad service. And don't tell me to go somewhere else when the girl was ready to help. Crappy service all around.
