The hidden fees, the ghosting, no follow-through when my taxes got lost (yes, this was panic-worthy), the amended taxes months later with zero communication, just a mailed packet. At the very least, a phone call explaining this amendment would be appreciated. I then called multiple times asking to speak with someone and am still waiting. It's been weeks. I'm just at a loss at this point. Adding a second star only because Kimberley was very kind the day she prepared the taxes. But the rest of the experience has been bad. Bad!

I called back and Beatriz picked up and I said I'd like to get my refund she said they don't refund and I signed for it and I said the lady on the phone tell me I could get my refund that's why I decided to go with someone else, as soon as I said that she started yelling at me over the phone. Very very unprofessional at end of the day if your staff member makes a mistake you should own up to it. Also yelling over the phone to a customer is very unprofessional.
