Bill Stoll has been my insurance agent through Steven Hom Insurance Services for about three years…read morenow and has been nothing short of excellent. He always has reassured me that my wife and I were in good hands when it came to auto/renter insurance. With the highest level of professionalism and integrity, Bill continually takes the time to educate us on policy details and how the process works. The reason I write this review is to convince you all to stick with Bill and Steven Hom Insurance Services. Since I will be attending nursing school full-time pretty soon, my wife and I were looking at a number to save more money since I won't be working for the next couple years. Although rates at Steven Hom Insurance are extremely reasonable, my wife gets an incredibly cheaper rate through her work in public education which can't be found in the general market. Unfortunately we'll be switching insurance providers simply because we need to save money any way we can for the time being, but not because of a lack in quality. No No No Not at all! Steven Hom Insurance agents are the best in the market! And this isn't goodbye. Once I'm done with nursing school and find work, I plan to consider Bill once again. YOU ROCK BILL!

Within a couple days he was able to find me a new insurer and set up a FAIR plan. The cost was because the insurance company we get the insurance through raised their rates. Craig reviewed my mother's coverage, looked up the value of the cars on my mother's plans and suggested ways we could reduce our total cost. Quite frankly, I'm surprised that a company would go out of their way to reduce the amount of money we're paying per month. I'm surprised and grateful. Thank you, Craig.

She makes it easy to get what you need when you need it; you can call, text or email her and sh will always respond quickly with all the information you will need. When I needed proof of insurance for my HOA I emailed Kathleen and she not only answered my questions; but she also had the document emailed to me in less than an hour. Recently I was in a car accident in which I was hit by another driver. I called Kathleen right away and she was on it! By that afternoon she had filed a claim with Farmers for me so that I could deal with going to the doctor etc. Kathleen continued to follow up and when the person who had hit me failed to call in a claim with their own insurance Kathleen did so herself. When that third party insurance was dragging their feet and it was weeks without them following up or making any progress Kathleen went to bat for me by not only calling that insurance, but also by calling the third party herself. She basically did the job of the other insurance agency for them, just so that I could have peace of mind and get the claim taken care of. No matter what you need, big or small, Kathleen will always help you and support you. It is nice to know that you will always have someone on your side with your best interest at heart. I have worked with many insurance agents personally and professionally and I can tell you that Kathleen offers service like nobody else. You will be in the best of hands with her as your agent!
