This Oct. on a road test of customer's car,I got into a fender bender , very small accident,I referred the other party ( the car I hit) to my insurance for their damage, a week later, he called and told me that because I do not own a company car and did not carry commercial car liability insurance, the claim is denied, I will have to pay out of pocket,and advise me that if I want to test drive customer's car in the future, I will need to get a company car add this coverage for an additional $1,600+, I was puzzled, I pay over $4,000 for my shop insurance, I thought I was fully covered. I came to find out that due to incompetent or carelessness , he did not add NONE OWN VEHICLE coverage on my policy, which my former broker informed me that with most insurance company, this is included or added with general shop liability insurance at a very minimum charge or free, NOT $1,600+. instead of being honest and admit to the mistake , he tried to sell me more insurance that I don't need. I trusted the wrong person. Please double and triple check the policy he sells you to make sure you are covered,and is what you needed, I made the mistake of trusting him , now I will be paying dearly. ST.

I had a minor issue with the DMV registration as I had just moved from out of state so I went into the office to get things sorted out. At the time I was in my early 30s, and Gary (who looks to me to be a rough lived 60s range) kept making weird jokes and asking me personal questions about myself. He emphasized multiple times that I was free to come in and use one of the computers, or the fax machine if I ever needed it. In fact, Gary would be so kind as to take me to lunch if I ever wanted as well. Now, its not a very big office I am certain at least one of the staff in there heard this. Looking around, they seemed to have no reaction which indicated to me that this was probably not unusual for Gary. I also noticed that he had a hand tremor and was wondering if he had a prior stroke or something that made him act a little weird. After I had my paperwork done, Gary (unprompted) walked me to my car and touched my lower back as I was exiting the door. He reminded me once again that he would take me to lunch if I ever wanted, or if I needed more "help" I could call him. I was so freaked out I ran over a curb backing up, Gary just stood there on the sidewalk and watched me drive away. F*cking creep. Thank God I never had to use that insurance, makes me shudder to think about what "offers" I may have received in exchange for my insurance claim being paid.
