This could tolerated but when Travelers sent a letter saying they would not renew my policy, I called him. He was surprised and unaware. There was now four months to find another carrier. He assured me that it would not be issue. My understanding was that he would be responsible. I contacted him a couple times with no action. I didn't hear back from him until my policy had expired, leaving my without a home insurance policy. He told me that my only option was to sign up with the California Fair Plan at triple the cost. It took me less than three hours to find another policy. He challenged me saying that there was not a possibility that I found another company that would issue a policy. I plan to move three home, three auto and a umbrella policy to the same provider. There may be agents at this agency that provide better service but I would stay away

Allstate pricing is fair reasonable and auto-payment gives us a sense of policy security. Last year ... OMG ... homeowners policy was on the chopping block because we live in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone in Calaveras County. Alejandra and Andy went to work on our behalf to aquire California Fair Plan dwelling fire insurance. It took nearly 6 months to work out details and in the end premium was about $800 annual increase. We heard stories of $5000 increases and more. Fusion Agency realizes the value of loyal customers and will work extra hard to retain commited policyholders. Jumping from insurance to insurance you loose grandfather customer loyalty and pay higher premiums. Stick with Fusion Insurance ... it pays in the long run.

On a daily basis I had a full inbox from her trying to sell me more insurance and other services. I can only imagine how high pressure she must be with you in her office. She emailed me dozens of times to tell me about the benefits of whole life insurance (oh yeah a product that is known to be a rip off for consumers and a commission gold mine for agents like herself). I hope she is just ignorant to how bad a product is and not just trying to sell high commission products. I asked her THREE times to take me off of her email blasts directly this was after I had used the unsubscribe button several times. She kept on assuring me this was a mistake but it seems the only way to get rid of her daily spam is to get a new policy with another company. I appreciate the level of customer service and follow up. After claims have been filed or if something comes up I always receive a phone call or email from their local office asking if I'm okay and if my needs were met even though I dealt with the 800 customer service line. Receiving calls like that at the time my car was involved in accident really made me feel good. I'm not just a policy number. They're on top of things there and it can be truly felt. It's awesome when they remember you when you call. Feels like a family business who remembers the regulars. Like "Cheer" where everybody knows your name! Though I have many good things to say about Dahlia and her Allstate team I'll mention one last thing. When I purchase new cars I get really nervous about what's offered by the dealer and what my policy already covers. Before I purchase a new car I call to find out how the purchase will affect my policy.
