I called back and Beatriz picked up and I said I'd like to get my refund she said they don't refund and I signed for it and I said the lady on the phone tell me I could get my refund that's why I decided to go with someone else, as soon as I said that she started yelling at me over the phone. Very very unprofessional at end of the day if your staff member makes a mistake you should own up to it. Also yelling over the phone to a customer is very unprofessional. I have been dealing with State Farm for almost 20 years without ever filing a claim until now. All of the money I gave State Farm would be better spent if I flushed it down the toilet. it's the corporation not Jacob as far as I know. But any I have a very high deductible (3600) and the damages to my property were only estimated at approximately $5000 so State Farm declined my claim saying that their portion is less than my deductible. My question is why can't they make up the $1400 difference if I pay the $3600 deductible? To me I've been ripped off and they walk away laughing while even though they have taken thousands of dollars from me over all the years. I don't recommend State Farm for any type of insurance. Like a good neighbor slogan is bull shit
