We purchased a new vehicle and went in to get our insurance changed over. Almost two months later we received an email from the insurance provider to verify our information, only to find that our vehicle was not insured. They insured our vehicle that was sold. We then discovered our registration was suspended. Accidents happen, and thankfully we were not pulled over. We called to get it resolved. The gentleman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Initially we were hung up on, then when we called back he made fun of my boyfriends name. Then he blamed it on an employee that is no longer with the company, he did not apologize and they took no responsibility for an issue that could have become a major problem. We were well past the 30 days to get the vehicle insured and could have ended up in a bad situation. read more

These brokers completely scammed us out of our money of almost $500 had me sign paperwork that had our agreement but later charged me over $300 extra charges were not in the paperwork. Do not trust Ellie Coronado at this location she acts like a car salesman forcing you to take a deal saying she's leaving and that you won't get the deal but the deal from what I found out stays for 30 days but she pressures you into doing it do not trust her she lies stating she had been there for over 10 years when she in fact has only been a broker for 2 years she does not send proper paperwork and then later charges your personal account for fees of over $300 without permission so if you do decide to go with them make sure to always check your account because they will charge you and charge you and charge you and charge you. I spoke with management who later lied as well stating they were going to refund me half my money and then send a request to refund the rest when in fact they only refunded $100 out of the $500 of charges then one manager yells at me and tells me that my paperwork was sent to my IP computer address when in fact I actually used my phone so they lie don't trust them. read more

CC's website claimed this location to be agency, however, it was not the case anymore. Despite this, Erica did everything in her power to help us. She used a secure and direct line to help us talk to a Covered California representative, all while being incredibly polite and patient with our initial disappointment. I shopped for insurance online and was given a quote, paid for it and thought I was good. They were supposed to take out the payments from my bank account every month. The latest problem I've had is I paid for 6 months of coverage and now three months before the coverage expires they are sending me monthly bills. Like hello I already paid for six months. Worst service ever! They make you wait too long to get greeted. Then you have to wait for atleast one hour to get help. Ive been here a few times with my mother and it has got to be the worst place ive ever been to. Right before it was our turn to get help. He checks his phone replys to his text messages (laughing while doing it) then he calls us over. As we're there waiting someone walks in selling some diet pills or something. They left us sitting there at this desk and another customer that has been there also was waiting there while a few other customers were waiting as well. They made a few personal phone calls to their wifes and told them about this great product. I was soo pissed. They can see how mad i was by the look in my face. I wish i can give this place 0 stars. I currently switched insurance companies and will state that I strictly did business over the phone with a representative from Freeway Insurance only at the 800 number not a local office. That was a huge mistake!!! I was overcharged double for the initial monthly premium and charged 2X for an electronic fee. I was told it would be credited back in 1-2 business days and called when I did not receive the credit. Representatives passed me back and forth between 5-6 phone representatives and finally told there was no record of the transaction?? and I needed to prove with bank statements. All representatives did nothing to help the situation even when I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. I highly recommend not using any online insurance. Living from paycheck to paycheck- I was left with no cash till my next payday. I will continue to spread the word- Beware!! read more

My insurance recently expired so I thought I'd shop around and check out lesser tier insurance companies for a smaller price point. I was a walk in customer, to which, I wasn't greeted until around ten minutes of being in the room, (there were two salespersons available in the room at their desks...alone, there were only three people in the room including me; first red flag). Once I sat down, I explain what type of insurance I wanted, and at what coverage price points with respect to coverage. However, the salesperson ran it at an above price point, and then quoted me at around 75 a month. I then asked, if he could run it again, and he said "I can already tell you it will be 52 dollars a month, at the price point you're telling me". I then asked "I could have print out, of this quote just like you did before at the 75 dollar quote", he replied "not unless you're going to go through with a signing". lmao! I then preceded to politely walked out. This place is a joke, shout out to progressive insurance which enrolled me online for 37 dollars a month. read more

She was very knowledgeable and helped get us a payment we could afford monthly, while cutting no corners on coverage. She calmed my nerves after being in a T-bone accident where the other driver was at complete fault. She informed me of my rights and even helped my husband and I in the claim process.
