I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from? I called her and left a voicemail every day for 3 weeks and texted her every day in the same period of time, no response. I was almost driven to crazy by this kind of treatment. I even thought about setting up an alarm and continue calling every day for the another month, then I realized how crazy this sounds. Then I called progressive and asked for changing my rep to another person. I was told my request will be given to the supervisor named Billy Trejo, and I was also told since it was Thursday afternoon, Billy will call me the next day. I waited and Friday no phone call. I call Billy on Monday, left a Voicemail and the voicemail said all phone call would be replied by the next business day. I waited and Tuesday no phone call. So one month of the nightmare later, I am still waiting for that first phone call of my claim. I am helpless and turning into yelp. If anyone in progress sees this, please ask either Giana Malone or Billy Trejo to call me. If this review is still here after days or months or years, that means I never got that phone call from progressive and no one in progress even care about their reputation and treat customs like dust.

I recently was referring to Fiesta Auto Brokers by the dealership at which I purchased a used car…read morefrom. Initially I was quoted $111.00 a month for my policy. I put a $210 payment down and then went on my way. Three days passed and the representative gave me a call explaining that an accident had been discovered on my record from a year prior. She informed me that I had to pay a $65 fee to keep my insurance. The manager of firm "offered" to split this with me, which sounded rather strange. I decided to call the insurance company to find out more. Rather than being honest, the young lady told me an accident had been found and that was the only reason my insurance was being raised.. she failed to divulge that in reality she entered the completely wrong birthday for my quote (which we both confirmed several times). Not just date, or year.. but all three. My insurance was going to now be a "quoted" amount of $158.00 a month. They demanded that I provide paperwork showing that I was not in the accident (since it wasn't me and they provided the incorrect information for my driving record check). I refused informing them that if they re-run the record the correct information would come up (which did one I went to Gieco). A few days passed and I decided to call back. This time they informed me that my actual insurance would cost $178.00 a month.. much more than originally "quoted." I couldn't easily fit this into my strict budget and explained that I would have to cancel. This is all due to the fact that Fiesta Auto Insurance wouldn't correctly enter my information (lack of competence) and then lied about the mistake (lack of professionalism). I called the manager at another branch and he rudely told me the "down payment" is not refundable and theres nothing I can do for you. Unfortunately for him, I'm going to get my money back.. not if.. but when. Don't go here. I ended up getting a policy with Gieco for $109.00 a month.. these ghetto insurance places are not cheaper.. btw, the actual insurance company informed me that of the 280 I spent.. only 150 of it actually went to the insurance.. meaning Fiesta pocketed 130 from me by being incompetent and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.. even Costuless is betterthan this place!
