I told him I was going to get a second opinion. We had another service provider over that afternoon and they said they did not detect any carbon monoxide and that it was perfectly safe. I'm certain that if they tried to convince me that I needed a new furnace by stating it was unsafe due to carbon monoxide that they have used this same tactic on others and will likely do it again. Greg is passionate about clean water and knowledgable about the business, top to bottom and inside out. Mark arrived promptly, right on schedule for every appointment. There were several emails and calls to let me know exactly when he was en route and set to arrive. This is quite rare for any kind of delivery or repair service. I didn't have to wait around for two hours hoping to get on with my day which I appreciate. The softener and RO were installed the very next day after Mark came for the estimate. The installation was clean and professional and efficient. These guys really know what they're doing and they roll out the red carpet for their clients...seriously. There's a red carpet on the front steps to keep everything as neat and clean as possible. We needed a hole drilled in the quartz counters for the RO faucet and Mark and his team scheduled it for me with a company that also showed up that day and gave me some very helpful ideas on maintaining the countertops! Now on to the actual product. This water is amazing! The RO does not have any chemical taste that you might find in other systems. It simply tastes like delicious, clean water. And the softener is wonderful. The dishes are cleaner, the showers and tubs are cleaner, my skin and hair is softer, I could go on and on about how much I enjoy clean water. There is also the practical side of protecting and preserving plumbing and fixtures for many many years to come, so that we can get on with enjoying life instead of fixing broken plumbing. The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.
