There is a reason why the plumbing companies don't work with them anymore. large company that sends salesmen out to sell work with a lifetime warranty that they don't uphold...sure the small print explains the fine details, like they don't cover much beyond the pex but they sell it like you are covered no matter what forever. We paid a lot of money to have a local plumber (subcontractor) come in and do the work and out of the three plumbers I have had to deal with over this issue that wasn't covered under the "lifetime" warranty but was part of the whole job, all three say they used to work with this company and do not anymore because of shady crap like this. They sold misinformation and I suggest calling a real local well qualified plumber who will do the work and not sell you a pipe dream and if you get one of these salesman..don't listen to what they say but read the fine print..the two are very different stories.
