While we had vetted a couple of other realtors we decided to use Marty as had rendered so many kindnesses to our mother during her later years. The transaction was difficult owing to the unfortunate paperwork mess our mother had unwittingly left behind. However, Marty was really on top of everything and went way out of his way to not only find us a buyer but make the transaction work. He even went so far as to drive all the way to Provo to pick up paperwork that was needed. Each hurdle we encountered (and there were, sadly, many) he was there to help us surmount the issue. He is professional, conscientious and an extremely hard worker.
