Hire Phil! I…read morereached out (via Yelp) to many companies for the box elder bug mass invasion of our home. Phil responded within 30 minutes of my request. He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down. I am SUPER pleased with not only his work, but his professionalism and personality. I HIGHLY recommend Ecoline Pest Control.

The owner Shawn met with me, discussed my problem and needs. I had a carport roof leaking for over 20 years. No matter how I attempted the DIY repair, eventually the leak would once agsain begin, so frustrating. I'm a tile contractor, waterproof shower pans, balconys, fountains, so I would like to think a simple simon roof leak was a slam dunk. Nope, got to the point where I relented and asked All Star Roofing for their expertise. Shawn provided a quote, start date and potential completion date. And the work was completed ahead of schedule, sweet! He sent one of his crews out, they did the complete rip off, removed old leaky skylights, removed / replaced compromised plywood. Added new drip edge, removed / reattached the gutters. I had and other than stock color shingle on the home (multi-color), and stock grey on the carport. I said just replace the carport ones with the same grey, Shawn would not have nothing of it and installed me the same multi-color as the home. That to me reflects his next level customer care and that he is prideful of the work his company does, start to finish. I waited a bit to write a proper review, to see if all would be leak free It has been a year now and I will now render the verdict. There have been absolutely none of the dreaded leaks, no loss of shingles with our latest strong wind storms here in Spanish Fork, Ut. His men cleaned up the job very nice, they left it better than they found it. Not many people have that kind of pride and respect for their bosses standards, so A+ to the crew members, thanks guys! I'm not fawning over Shawn and All Star Roofing, trying to be forthright to other customers who may be looking to have a new roof or repairs done, I never and you can't really go wrong by having All Star Roofing work on your new home, existing home and even commercial structures. I recently contracted to buy a house. It had been a model home and had not been lived in, basically new, so I wasn't sure I needed a home inspection. I decided that for what I was paying I owed it to myself and wife to get an inspection. I called and spoke with Ryan and he spent time explaining what he would do. It was so far superior than the receptionists at other home inspections running through a list of items and looking at a website for what would be included and what was an extra service and charge. Ryan showed up early and was getting started. He took us aside and gave us an introductory briefing explaining what he would do. He welcomed me to join him as he meticulously went around the outside of the house, the inside, room by room, crawl space, garage, and attic pointing out items and taking pictures and notes. After 3.5 hours he was finished gathering the information he needed for his report. He also took time to point out things that were not issues but helpful hints. He even brought his robot in case he needed it for places he could not get to himself. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. read more

Ryan has now inspected two homes that I was looking to purchase. He is very thorough and walks you (the potential home buyer) through every square inch of the property and points out everything that could be improved on the property. In my case he helped bring to my attention some serious problems and repairs that I didn't see before while walking through the house by myself. I appreciated his educated perspective. If I am going to be tied down on a half a million dollar mortgage for the next 30+ years I want to make sure that the house is still in decent living conditions 15 to 20 years from now. Paragon is the BEST!!! Ryan was amazing! He was very thorough and explained what he was inspecting in detail and was SO nice when answering the million questions I had! I was worried about what he would find because the home I wanted was very old -built 1963. I felt very much at ease knowing what needed to be done ASAP and what was lower on the priority list.
