The food is consistent, made to order, this isn't the best seafood you will ever have, but you can't go wrong with the fried fish! Though honestly, your car or home is probably a prettier view than the inside of the restaurant, seems clean but anything but pretty. Always check out their specials because they always have great deals going on. I just ordered some food there for lunch today and it was good but why I came to write a review was for their excellent customer service. The manager was amazing! She was doing 5 jobs at once and still kept a smile on her face and in her voice, she was extremely accommodating and told me how to best order on the menu to get what I want and save money. After placing and paying for my order and it was half cooked I decided to.... change my mind.(so rude!! I know, but in my defense I had just fasted for a doctor appointment and I was suuuper hungry) I was rude enough to ask her if I could cancel it and get something else, and she did! No attitude atall and she quickly set me up. I felt a little less bad when someone in the window ordered my canceled order and it went to them. Anyway! I think her name was Amberly? If you go to the Benton Captain D's, she's the one running the show and she was super. Craving beer battered fish for cheap? Recently renovated. Good food delivered quickly. Lunch times and the drive-thru can get busy.

Food is good but the restaurant is in need of renovation. The whole place looks very shabby. Lock on one of the stalls in the ladies room is missing. Very, very depressing dining room. Ceiling vents are dirty. Metal chairs have paint peeling at the legs. Flooring tiles have seen better days. My advice is to use the drive thru! read more

The batter dipped fish was great as always. Slaw was good and fries about average. Ordered a family pack that was good for the price.

I have never been a fan of seafood, especially drive thru seafood, but we gave the one in Benton, AR a whirl. Man, it was good!! Fresh, delicious and the staff was super nice! I haven't been inside, but from what we could see from the drive up window, it looked very clean. The manager must really crack the whip with their employees. I went to the drive thru on 1/14/15 at about 6:30pm. Three employees were standing right outside the door smoking when I pulled into the drive thru. They went inside and took my order. When I got to the window, I paid and the girl (white female approximately 2o years old) immediately asked me to pull forward because the food was cooking. No one was behind me in line so I asked if I could wait at the window. She said, "well, it messes our time up because we have to get the food out in a certain time." and I said, "well, you're not getting the food out in that time and it's cold outside, so can I just wait here?" and she slammed the window. A second girl (black female approximately mid 20s) came 11 minutes later and handed me a bag. I asked for some extra tarter sauce. she said "I put it in the bag" I said, well may I please have extra since I have four meals?" and she said, "I TOLD YOU IT WAS IN THE BAG" and slammed the window shut. I honked my horn to ask her to please give me some tarter but she walked away. a male employee (male black approximately 20 years old) came around from the back and fixed himself a drink while I sat there waiting. Once I got home and opened the meals, the fish I had ordered was in a pile. Like it had been smashed and then put in the box. It was in many pieces. Due to the appearance of the food and the hostile environment at this location, I discarded all three meals. I find this ridiculous that people are so rude. One having a bad day is one thing but for THREE to be what appeared to me as irritated I "made them" come in from smoking because I pulled in the drive thru was ridiculous. My nine year old cried because she wasn't allowed to eat her food. I'm completely disgusted. read more
