Both were very good, but the massive, soft pretzel was a favorite for all of us, and my kids especially loved the cheese dipping sauce. The steak bites weren't as popular with the kiddos, but my wife and I really enjoyed them. They come tossed in a sauce, but we opted for the garlic herb and horseradish cream instead. I especially loved the heat from the horseradish sauce since it didn't overwhelm the steak's flavor. I ordered the Nashville Crispy Chicken sandwich and was a little underwhelmed by the spice level. Based on the picture, I expected the chicken to be tossed in the Nashville sauce, but there was only a small dollop on the bun. The sauce itself was amazing, though! I asked for a cup of it on the side for dipping and there was plenty of heat. Beyond the lack of sauce, I really enjoyed the sandwich, and the citrus slaw and pickle added a nice brightness to the fried chicken. My kids loved their pizza and mac 'n' cheese, and our server, Bella, was awesome. She was friendly and super helpful when it came to menu questions. Overall, great experience and a solid place for lunch!

Very disappointing service…read more This review has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with the service and experience we had today. We were promptly seated on the patio, but after 15-20 minutes we left without ever being served. Not one staff member acknowledged us. We still had all our menus on the table, no water, and even had a highchair brought to our table after we asked our server to bring it to us when we were seated--so it was obvious we were there and had not been helped. What made it worse was that the tables around us were seated after us and received water, drinks, and even an appetizer from the same server, while we were completely ignored. When I spoke to the manager on the way out, instead taking ownership, her first response was an apology followed by, "The host must not have told the server." That may explain it, but it doesn't excuse it. The manager had a great opportunity to own the mistake and try to make things right. Instead, she offered an excuse. Very disappointing experience.

The bartenders, kitchen staff and servers are amazing, attentive, hardworking, and warm despite clearly working under stressful conditions. The food is solid, the atmosphere is naturally friendly, and the overall vibe should make for a great night out. Unfortunately, the owner single-handedly ruins the entire night. Every single evening, he can be found parked at the bar, working his way through a bottle of wine, getting visibly intoxicated, and treating everyone around him with utter disrespect. He is blatantly rude to customers and staff alike, bringing a toxic, uncomfortable energy to the entire room. Walking through the front door and seeing him sitting at the bar instantly sours the mood and makes you want to turn around and walk right back out. It is heartbreaking to see such a great staff and a cool local spot get weighed down by someone who has zero respect for his own business or the people supporting it. Go for the food and support the incredible workers if you must, but be prepared for a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere the second the owner opens his mouth.

Honestly, the chicken was kind of bland and didn't have much flavor. The nachos and fries were just okay. I've definitely had better elsewhere. But I will say, the salsa they serve with the chips helped a lot. I threw that on top and it made everything taste way better. Overall, the place was just alright to me.
