We were staying at a near by when we noticed Capriccio's. Decided to have pizza for dinner. Walked in & was instantly greeted by a nice gentleman (may have been owner). The restaurant has just what you would see in Italy, cozy with dim lighting. The bread that was served with our drinks was awesome, fresh & tasty. We ordered pizza, each wanting something different. Both pizza was delicious. Would highly recommend trying this place when nearby.

I went for the second time and still one of the best spot if you are craving Italian food. I didn't have a reservation but they were accommodating. I sat in the second half of the restaurant that's decorated like I'm inside a cute cave. I tried some new dishes that were amazing. Capriccio has easy become one of my favorite restaurants.

Excellent Italian restaurant nestled in a strip mall near Miami International Airport. Seriously, this place is a delightful surprise, the food is delicious, fresh and creative. The service is superb as well as the staff guides you through the menu with the details of every dish. I recommend you try their thin pepperoni pizza smothered in a hot honey glaze, it is amazing! But look through the posted pictures on this review and you will be convinced!

This place is phenomenal! Service, food, ambiance. If you're staying near the airport this is your next MUST EAT spot! Staff is incredibly nice and attentive. Plants and natural aesthetics throughout. Prices are great and food is amazing! Drinks were strong and came out quickly. Bread service on table is fresh and delish - so much so that I forgot pics! Trust me on this! Pizzas were perfectly crispy on edges and toppings plentiful. All pasta dishes were authentic and well done. We will for sure be back - maybe even tonight!

While visiting Miami, we stopped in at Capriccio Blue Lagoon for lunch, and I must say the food was excellent and the service was great. Rodrigo was on server she made some great recommendations, he was patient with us while we made our selection and even brought out some Calabrian pepperonis for us to try.

What an amazing find as we had a lay over right up the street. Italian eats so authentic and delicious. Risotto Fungi had a few different types that bursted with flavor. Pepperoni pizza was so good. Chewy crust and melt cheesey goodness! Service was impeccable. Ambience on point. Traditional Italian music plays. Quite the romantic setting.

I've been here already a couple of times. So happy to see they have expanded. Service is great, food is amazing and the ambiance is super chill. Great place for large parties and kid friendly as well.

Pasta Vongole

2nd time at this location which is very clean and inviting. Staff is very attentive along with a small menu and some specials for the day. I ended up with the pasta Vongole which is little neck clams down in a white wine sauce seasoned very well with red peppers and garlic. The clams were fresh in the shell and the dish was seasoned to perfection. The only downside was the sand in the shells. There were some that just didn't get the sand out. I have had this dish at other places where the sand was unbearable which it was not here. The flavor shined right through and was quite an enjoyable dish.

The restaurant is walking distance from our hotel. The decor even from the outside is nice and even better inside. The employees all wore cool branded clothes. We were greeted and seated quickly. Food didn't take forever. Lighting and decor gave a nice vibe. They even had charging stations behind the bench. We only went for some appetizers (we had dinner reservations for later). We chose sweet and savory. Both delicious and a little pricey for apps but delicious and good size portions. Friend calamari (choice or marinara or cilantro aioli). Highly recommend.

Super small hidden gem. A little loud for a business lunch but food was amazing. Will return when in Miami.

Food is phenomenal;authentic Italian cuisine. Highly recommend this restaurant. Service could be a little faster but not a detractor.

We got lucky and the hostess actually seated us almost right away. The staff is amazing and friendly. Usually on big holidays restaurants in Miami are short staffed and service always suffers. Osteria's energy was warm and beyond welcoming. We ordered the calamari again and it was wonderfully crispy. For our Entrees we had the steak with a side of asparagus and pappardelle ossobuco. Steak was perfectly seasoned. The veal pasta sauce was out of this world. Honestly I think stopping by Osteria might be our Christmas Eve tradition from now on. I couldn't have had a better Christmas Eve with my family.

An opulent failed attempt at fine dining…read more At first glance, the place is impressive -- beautiful cars outside, constant traffic of guests walking in, crisp white tablecloths setting the stage for what appears to be a refined dining experience. Unfortunately, the illusion fades rather quickly. The first sign of trouble arrives with the server sporting a rather impressive lip piercing, followed closely by a colleague whose diamond nose stud could probably be seen from space. Not exactly the ambiance one expects when aiming for "elegant." Despite the abundance of servers floating around the dining room, none seem to notice when your knife dramatically dives off the table and lands on the floor -- where it enjoys a long, lonely stay. Water service is also quite innovative: they simply leave the entire bottle at the table, which seems less about generosity and more about avoiding the inconvenience of returning to refill your glass. The food? Sadly just as uninspired. From the octopus to the $68 Milanese, every dish managed the impressive feat of being completely flavorless. The Milanese arrived with a beautiful crust, which raised hopes... until you realized there was no sauce, no garnish, and nothing to rescue what turned out to be a remarkably bland plate. Meanwhile, the staff appears deeply committed to minimizing effort -- though not shy about judging you directly when the tip doesn't meet their expectations. All in all, this place feels like fine dining in costume. Perhaps a return to the basics of hospitality and service would be a good start... followed by a serious conversation with whoever is currently in the kitchen. Good luck to anyone brave enough to give it a try.

We ordered the Valentina and King Bee cocktails to start and they came out delicious! Highly recommend. For entrees we ordered the fettuccine bolognese and the short rib tortellini. We joined the clean plate club with both of these dishes and didn't leave a crumb. For desert we had the espresso martinis tiramisu and once again cleaned the plate. Safe to say the dishwashers were fans of us. The service was impeccable. Food and drinks came out quick, waters were refilled promptly, and our server Alessandro made sure we were taken care of. This is a great date night spot and I would definitely put this place on your radar when in the Brickell area.

We tried the veal meatballs and fried calamari with artichoke. The veal meatballs did not hold together and were mushy. There were two tiny meatballs for $12. The fried calamari was very good but had more artichoke than calamari. Expected more calamari for the price. We don't mind paying for high quality food but they missed the mark with these dishes. Also, the portions were ridiculously tiny for the price you paid. Not a good value and neither dish was memorable. I'm very sorry that I forgot to take pictures of the dishes. On a positive note the service was top notch. Our bartender was professional and friendly.
