The straw that broke the camels back was when i had ordered a pizza for delivery. I got my pizza and when i opened the box a german cockroach crawled out from under the pie. I do know that most places have some kind of roaches so this was not something that would stop me from going there although I think a further inspection of delivery items would be nice. Pizza: Thin crust, I could have eaten more than the 2.7 slices as we split the pie evenly among three people. Toppings are generous and taste great. Good sauce and the right balance with cheese. Baked ziti: Poor friends usually have this saved for next day. With me around, it wasn't gonna last. I indulged in this cheesy pasta goodness. Salad: OK, it's salad. We added balsamic vinagrette dressing but didn't check when we left and got a second French dressing instead. That's about the only flaw for Franco's, and that happens anywhere. Garlic bread came with some marinara. Drenched in sauce but still had a little crispness to it. If I wanted it extra crispy I could have pan-seared it, but at least it wasn't droopy. Calamari: Quite good. It had gotten a little cold by the time I was able to dive in, but if I ordered that fresh at the restaurant I bet it would be amazing hot out of the oven. While he was there another customer had been waiting for 45 minutes and his food was put in at the same time our pizza was. That's terrible! The pizza was good. It was nice and thin.
