I decided to seek out a local restaurant providing a full English breakfast but because I don't eat pork, that is an interesting desire. We decided to come to Cappadocia because I saw reviews for a vegetarian version and decided I must try!! I received everything I would expect in a full English breakfast and holy cow no one needs this much food! If you don't eat much, I recommend sharing! The eggs were a perfect sunny side up, the sausage is biting like sausage at all except it could possibly look the part and provides a hit of spice to the dish. It was very good but don't think sausage. Overall I was completely satisfied with my breakfast. My sister decided on the eggs Benedict and that's where we ran into some trouble. The "poached" eggs were mostly hard yoke, zero run at all!! Very disappointing!! However the hollandaise was done to perfection. If you have a cook that can make a perfect hollandaise, then you have a cook that can make a perfectly poached egg!! For this reason while food freshness gains 5 stars, quality will only gain 4 stars. Service... umm 5 stars!! The waitress served the entire restaurant and it got pretty busy. She was so kind and sweet and was navigating some electronic difficulties with such grace and patience! Cleanliness gains 5 stars as I found nothing I could comment on stating otherwise. I even peaked in the back a bit. Ambiance also gains 5 stars, they have a very local feel, the price fits the menu and overall feel of the restaurant. It is quite small but the front of the building opens to the patio and has a nice breeze coming through. My sister and I enjoyed ourselves. Great job guys!

Loved this tiny and friendly diner near King's Cross Station! We just wanted to find a quick bite or tea nearby before catching a train and from the outside, it didn't look like much, but it ended up being cozy, delicious, and fairly priced! I liked the flexible dietary options and the middle eastern flare to some dishes, like hummus and quinoa on toast or falafel instead of meat for vegan dishes.

I was a solo tourist in London and entered the restaurant for brunch spontaneously, which seemed to happen often, with its nice exterior design. The server was an excellent, excellent server. When I was there, most of tables were occupied by tourists. Ask to make your dish less salty, or not butter the toast, if you prefer them.

They open at 6:30am which is very convenient for DIY travellers who want to start touring the city early. Their prices are very reasonable for a generous plate of delicious high protein breakfast. I actually underestimated their portions. Yes, when it comes to breakfast.. these folks don't play, I'm telling you! I had a full English breakfast for £6.95 on the first day of stay in London and that whole meal kept me full until lunch. We came back the 2nd day and had Smoked Salmon for £5.95. The staff are nice and the location is along the way from our hotel towards King's Cross station. Great food for a nominal price!

It's so delicious! I keep coming back instead of trying new restaurants. The staffs are really really nice. They also play my favorite song which is Matilda by Alt-J. They also have some interesting pictures on the wall. The mushrooms in full English are my favorite. Although I'm not a fan of beans, you can always get something else instead. Egg Benedict with salmon is also one of my favorite.

I stayed at the Tune hotel across the street for four nights. Each morning I had breakfast at Cappadocia. It's a small place, with maybe 8 tables inside and a few more outside under an awning. They have interesting photos and artwork from famous (and not so famous) movies - perhaps the owners are film buffs. They serve a full English breakfast all day, with many options - you can basically order any combination you like. Most days I had an omelet. Everything was hot and tasted great. The prices seemed totally reasonable. For Americans, a couple of things. The full English breakfast always has beans. You just can't get away from them unless you ask. Also, hash browns aren't the same - they're more like a triangle of pre-fab shredded potatoes, sort of like at McDonald's. But they're still tasty. The best thing about Cappadocia is their waitress Denise. She greets everyone with a smile and made me feel right at home. She remembered the quirks of my order each day, which was really cool. I felt like I really belonged in the neighborhood. She told me that she's only worked there a month - I hope she stays, because she's great. If you're looking for breakfast near King's Cross and St. Pancras stations, Cappadocia is just a couple of blocks away.

Same as Armen below, i stayed at Tune Hotel across the street as well and noticed this place as i was walking down from King's Cross station. I was looking for a simple English breakfast and this place has it all for only £5.95. They also have selection of sandwiches for £2-4, what a great deal! The most impressive thing about Cappadocia is that there is only one waiter and two cooks for the entire place but the service quality was not compensated even when the place was full. I am impressed!

A friendly Turkish cafe in the King's Cross area catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner with pretty reasonable prices. It was also pretty convenient for those staying at hostels nearby. The cafe inside was pleasant and clean with nice sturdy wooden tables and stone wall to add a nice rustic feel to it. On the wall was a beautiful 3D artwork of Cappadocia itself in Turkey. The staff present was smiley and efficient. We started breakfast at Lavazza cappuccino and a hot lemon tea to start breakfast. No compliants here. My coffee came hot, frothy and nicely topped with chocolate sprinkles. And nothing can beat a few lemon slices in hot water, soothing and healthy, Eggs Royale This was nice and adequate for its price. The eggs were beautifully poached, rich yolk and hollandaise sauce buttery and creamy. The muffin was thin and crispy and the only thing that could be better was the quality of salmon but for £6.50 for two I'm not complaining. Mediterranean breakfast It was a nice and homely dish although the presentation could have been better if they served it on a smaller plate. There weren't many large items so it looked very messy and deceiving to the eye to think you're not getting much by serving it on such a big plate. Could have been more generous with the olives but all the ingredients were well assembled which included tomatoes, cucumber, hellim, olives, sucuk, feta cheese, fried egg and honey. Croissant with ham and cheese Quite a big croissant. Could have been better if the cheese was melted inside. But the filling was generous and was nicely grilled so the top layer crisped on top. I was pretty content with my visit to Cappadocia. Not the best cafe I've been to but it was affordable and good for what it was. The portions of the other breakfast sets looked massive so good value is another quality they have. The only complaint I have is the choice of white lighting that gives it somewhat a cold atmosphere rather than a warm one. Saying I wouldn't mind returning for a jacket potato or another breakfast from the English sets.

Spent two morning here perfect!! Ful English & fruity pancake Love here!! Only Cash!!

Our food took forever to come out - I think maybe 45 minutes. I had the full English breakfast - it was good but not great. The sausage was a bit mushy and bland but I enjoyed the toast and beans. I enjoyed my white coffee the most - for those from the states that's coffee with milk, I didn't know that. Haha!

Super good for our first Full English Breakfast! And very affordable, for what they give you! Waitress was really nice!

Every time I eat a pie this place is my benchmark for the best pies ever! The  menu at Battersea Pie Station includes classics like steak and stout, minced beef and onion and chicken and mushroom, plus more creative, veggie options including butternut squash and goat's cheese. The steak and stout is my ultimate favorite! This place is my go to pie place every time I'm in London. I always try to stay in Covent Garden just so I can come here. This is my basis of the perfect meat pie with the pleasingly firm crusts and sides of mash and roasted potatoes are so delicious. The rich red-wine gravy comes separately in a small jug. I smother the pie with the gravy. Ingredient quality was excellent. They have mini pies and the regular sized pies. Even for a counter-service place this little cafe is terrific value - and you will be surprised that for Covent Garden you can eat a reasonably priced and uber delicious meal that makes me full the whole day! 5 stars can't wait to come back!

Minced Beef & Onion: The most popular, apparently. Smooth and moist inside with a buttery flaky outside. Steak & Stout: Same great crust, but with a very distinctive inside, chunks of firm roast and thick gravy where you could actually taste the stout. Probably my favorite pie here. Chicken & Mushroom: A nice variation from beef, but by no means lesser. With it's large chunks and umami gravy, this was like a quick hit fix for when craving a proper chicken pot pie. Mash & Gravy: The mash was smooth and buttery. The gravy was more than plentiful. Kinda lives under the shadow of the delicious pies though. Sticky Toffee Pudding: Good, but not great. The toffee sauce felt a bit too thick and wasn't as warmed as I like it. The sponge cake was alright, but kinda dry, like they just plopped into the toffee sauce puddle. But it did do a good job of soaking up the sauce with a little spoon dexterity.
