I was trying to break down a whole chicken and noticed it took a considerable amount of effort to do so. It was time to have a professional take care of my knives. New England Sharpening Inc was a bit difficult to find at first as I turned too soon. Once I found the building, there was hardly any parking! I showed up late but the door was still open so I scurried in and asked the guy behind the desk if he had time for one more knife. He agreed to sharpen my cook's knife and was done in a few minutes. My knife cuts like it was brand new now! Prices were rather reasonable. I paid $3 which is much less than what I was used to paying at my usual spot back in California. In addition to knives, these guys sharpen chain saws, shears, woodworking tools, and a whole bunch of miscellaneous items. I may come back at some point to have my swiss army knives and emergency knives sharpened as well.

I have been going to the Littleton Power Tools for about five years. I purchased a chainsaw, a generator and a leaf blower here. I've also had an older chainsaw repaired here. I've had nothing but absolutely great service from the owner Drew. He's honest and frank. He has saved me a lot of money and aggravation. He does not try to oversell rather he takes the time to understand what the need is and then recommends the appropriate model. This was particularly true when buying a chainsaw which I didn't know much about at the time. I thought I needed a much bigger one than he recommended. Using it at home I can see that he was clearly right. However He could've easily made a bigger sale in that case but chose to sell me what I needed. I had similar experience with the generator. Over the years I've brought these tools back to him for service, and he's taken great care of them. I plan to buy a snowblower here soon. Highly recommended
