I have never had my knives professionally sharpened before - and I am absolutely thrilled with how…read moresharp they are after Tom from National Sharpening worked on them! He showed up as promised, immediately sharpened two chef's knives and a pair of scissors in his truck. I don't think they were this sharp when they were new (30 years and only me sharpening them on a whetstone). I highly recommend this service and Tom is a pleasure to work with!

I hate leaving negative reviews, but the sharpening work done for us seemed to make little…read moredifference in either the sharpness of our knives or our scissors. This review is solely based upon my experience having kitchen knives sharpened.
