The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because I felt it was a little overpriced. The pizza itself was delicious though. I ordered the 10" cheese and the 10" pepperoni and they were yummy. I also ordered the cheesy bread though and I would not order that again. The cheese was a very light layer and was baked in pretty good, not as flavorful or as cheesy as I would have liked. I ordered delivery, the estimated time from when I placed the order was 45 minutes and it took them about 60 minutes to order. I used to get pizza from here regularly, recieved and incorrect order that was also cold am hour later. The owner, Milan, would not refund me my money and would not speak to me. Made his employee communicate with me. I could hear him in the background and can tell this poor girl was scared to have to relay the message. I've never had a problem with them until now. Three stars because the pizza is great! I love the jalapeño popper pizza, and my brother, his wife and I always order pizza from here when we hang out. Since thy live in the area, they order quite frequently. Tonight we had a far less than stellar experience here; when my brother called, the person that took his order was quite rude, but she repeated the order back correctly. We just brushed it off and assumed it was because they were busy. When I got there to Pick up the pizza, they were busy! Our pizzas weren't ready, despite the fact that we called 40 minutes prior. It is 7:04pm, and my luke-warm pizza just arrived. I had to call twice, and the person answering the phone (Bree) just said, "He'll be there in a few minutes." Neither the person on the phone nor the driver offered any sort of apology. She said she would give me 25% off the order, but that was only after I asked, and I will see if they do.
