My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Your kindness in not just passing by but stopping to engage and assist them means so much. I truly hope to encounter you again someday so I can personally thank you for your compassionate actions.

Brent Shaw, who is the operator of the business, has been very easy to work with and will take photos or give me a periodic report of findings. One of the most important parts of his job is making sure the automatic gate is closed at night and he has given me a notice a week before any of the tenants even realized what was happening and I was able to get the repairs done! The business manager/ owner, Jason, signed it as well and they charged my card on 6/7/18 even though they were supposed to process the payment 2 weeks prior to that when they agreed to provide security for us. On the night of the event, Tin Security never showed up. I didn't receive a call, email or any contact regarding the situation. After contacting them and leaving multiple emails, the manager, Ben, finally called me back and said that it was my responsibility to contact them if the guards didn't show. I explained that not only was I extremely busy with 200 guests while hosting a party but my cell phone battery was dead. This company was trying to put blame on me instead f taking responsibility for not conducting business properly. I paid for services that I never received. The manager, Ben, was very rude and hung up on me. I am afraid that I will not receive a refund and when I asked to speak with the owner, the manager refused to let me. I have copies of all email exchanges, phone call records, credit card charge and signed contract agreement between myself and the company. Update: The manager, Ben completely lied by saying the 2 guards were injured in an automobile accident while carpooling from Sacramento and that they were both unconscious and he only found out about the serious accident after a family member of one of the injured called to notify him. It was a total LIE because the owner confirmed that what actually happened was that they no showed! And they were not carpooling because one was local. Instead of just apologizing this guy tried to put blame on me and also LIED. Use them at your own risk because your entire event can be shut down if they no show and apparently they don't honor contracts and they allow their employees to be completely disrespectful and lie to paying clients.
