Delivered the vehicle to them Monday. They knew from me what was the problem and could have ordered parts before I even arrived, but decided to wait until I arrived on Monday. Monday, when I was being dropped off, I was told repairs like I was asking for take one, maybe two days to fix. The price they gave me AFTER DIAGNOSTIC was more expensive than local dealers for the same work. But since the car was already there and the appointment was made that was fine because I didn't have to work until Wednesday and if they had it fixed by Tuesday, no issue... Tuesday rolls around, no phone call, no communication. Late in the day I finally called and asked for an update. They told me it wasn't done and it looked like it would be one more day. So, I made plans to get a ride to work, and plans to pick me up. An hour before they were set to close, still no call, and we call them again, after I made plans to get off early and get a ride to get to the shop only to find out they still have even started on the work. I won't use them again, it was my first time, and suggest you don't either. They seem to want your business and then will hold you hostage until they finally get around to whatever you brought them.

They asked me my budget before the work was done and seemed confident. Update: Moving the motorcycle engine out of the back of the car and putting it on a cart with a rubber mat sloughed off paint on the bottom and fins of the engine. Nothing insanely bad, touched it up myself, but I'm disappointed. If I had the money, I would have it repainted completely. The engine paint that Resurrection did needed serious touch-up's before it made it in my shop, and there's a pretty noticeable imperfection in a very noticeable place on the crank case. Not pointing a finger at the shop, but I imagine more prep time might have made the critical difference. I guess this is one more reason why I normally have things powder coated...

The paint has peeled all the way down to metal. I would NEVER take a vehicle to this company. The owner has known about the horrible paint job and has done nothing to make it right.
