Good bodywork but some delays and issues with communication. DentCenter did a good job for me a couple of years ago so after a recent accident where the other persons insurance directed me to pick a body shop I picked this one. There was some miscommunication to the insurance agent that my car had been picked up when it hadn't been/ i hadn't even been told it was almost ready (on calling it was in the paint shop). My technician last time was the owner Jose who is great. This time I had David- again great body work but the communication wasn't great and my main thing was there was a tire damaged in the accident and they billed the insurance for a brand new tire (I know the cost of tires) and then gave me a used tire and then told me i needed two new tires but one of them was the one they replaced. Since they rotated my tires and the owner was the one giving me back my car and he hadn't done the work, he missed this. My tires weren't balanced correctly and I realized that after driving on to the highway. The insurance wouldn't cover a new second tire despite needing to replace two at a time so rather than going back I just went to the dealership and got two new tires and they balanced them and all is well. Fortunately it was one if my older tires that was damaged- if it were one of my new all seasons I would have been infinitely more pissed about them using a used tire and had I been paying and not the other persons insurance I would have docked another star. That said if you need body work they are excellent, their paint jobs are good and their pricing isn't terrible and their turn around time is much faster than other body shops in the area. So I would go in with both eyes open but if I ever need more work I would still consider them. read more

I was in a car accident and my car was towed here. They wouldn't release my car until I paid $6000 which they said was the "storage fee". We had not previously agreed on a specific "storage fee" and I was out of the country. The repair bill was more than the value of my car. They are now interested in me deeding my car over to them. They said I signed an "agreement" that gave them the right to collect $150/day for storage but the agreement only applies if I repaired the car and didn't pick it up or if the car was irreparable. Reason doesn't matter because they're holding my car hostage. You shouldn't sign this agreement or they'll think they got you for good. Actually you shouldn't even come here at all. read more

The cost came in below the original estimate, no insurance involved, so I was delighted. My car is a 2012 Toyota RAV4. My friends tell me it looks new. I highly recommend them. read more

I can not say enough how much I would recommend Dentcenter. My brand new truck with only 1600 miles took a knock to the front for about $6000 in damage. While heartbroken about it, I knew from the minute I dropped it off, it was in good hands. Jose and his crew are the epitome of professionals and their work shows it. Stellar craftsmanship, reliability, integrity, ethical professionalism. Unfortunately we had not started with DentCenter and took my sons vehicle to Gerber and after 5 weeks received the vehicle with more damage than it went into that shop. Jose and his team at DentCenter assessed the vehicle, pointed out other areas that were damaged he noticed with his experience and started a complete re-do of my sons vehicle. He never once bad mouthed the other shop (I'm not above that though) was honest and transparent with every interaction and accommodated our needs. The car was a complete re-do and while would've been in other shops for likely 8 weeks was done in 3 weeks because of our needs with a family member passing away. In a world that is usually driven by making money and doing the bare minimum Jose and his team under promised and over delivered on every aspect of our car damage and situation. Jose was great to work with. At a time when other body shops were offering to look at my car in 2 or 3 WEEKS, he got me in for an estimate right away, explained the needed repairs and the process in detail, dealt with the insurance company, assisted with car rental and logistics, kept me informed on the progress of the repair, and got my car back to me as quickly as possible, looking excellent. DentCenter is great! They fixed my truck up after I was rear ended. DentCenter was accommodating and easy to work with. I've had other body shops tell me they needed more time after I dropped by trucks off, DentCenter didn't call me up with excuses why they needed more time. Also, DentCenter's paint job is the best I've seen. I can usually tell where repairs where painted and blended, this was not the case with DentCenter. read more
