I needed to have a new primed tailgate for my Silverado painted and the visits with other companies could not put a start or finish time. I met with Jeremy at his business, discussed the job cost and his time schedules. He was friendly and extremely professional. He stated about 2 weeks to complete the job and he'd call me when it was completed. He took care to protect the new tailgate, and even explained some dings in the metal that he'd take care of as the job progressed. A very fair price was agreed on and deposits make, receipted, and I left comfortable with his outstanding positive manner. On the time frame he'd stated I got the call to pickup the tailgate. The painting, no runs, errors and totally cover all surfaces. He explained the procedure that he was going to do, and it was accomplish to that discussion. He even went as far as to reassemble the old mechanism of the old gate to the new one. This was far and above the original job request. Two weeks later, he decides to give me a call about the overspray of paint on the top of the trim and the back-up camera. Once again, the first thing that came out of his mouth was that the overspray couldn't have been done by his bodyshop. What's crazy about this whole situation is that in the text message I sent him, I didn't tell him that he did it or accused him of doing it. I literally just asked how can I get the overspray off the trim and backup camera. During the phone call, I told him that I literally have a picture with a timestamp of the tailgate right before I dropped it off to the bodyshop. The picture shows NO overspray on the trim or back-up camera. He never mentioned during the entire conversation to look at the picture. He mentioned that I didn't respond back to his reply and I told him that I didn't reply back because there was no point in doing so. His reply was a slap in the face in my eyes because instead of answering my question on how to correctly remove the overspray, he states that the overspray couldn't have been him. Why would I reply to that? From my view, that reply was unprofessional and not what I was looking for. From the first time I met him all the way leading up to the text conversation, I truly believed he delivered great customer service. As I mentioned in the review, his work is exceptional. However, the simple text conversation made me think otherwise and the phone call today completely made my mind up of not coming back. From the first time you meet the customer and all the way to post-work, you need to ensure that the customer is being taken care of. I asked one simple question post-work and he decides to come up with that reply...wow. To him, he just thinks he lost one customer. However, that one customer could have potentially brought in more clients to his bodyshop. In the end, it's his lost and the only person that he can blame is himself. read more

So I scratched and dented my brand new truck. I dented the bumper of my 2016 F150 with the aluminum body. After searching nearby collision and body shops I stumbled upon Jeremey's business. The exterior of the shop had me questioning my decision, but after meeting Jeremy and going through his shop I quickly realized he was a professional and passionate about his work. He worked around my schedule and in a weekend was able to repaint the area and fix the additional body worked needed. He pointed out any of the areas that may not look perfect (to me I couldn't tell) and even offered to redo parts for no additional cost. If you are unsure about any of the larger chain body shops who treat you like you're burden for giving them your business, I highly recommend Jeremy.
