My mean thing was to get my rims and tires, shiny and clean. But I had re clean them the next day and all glass inside of my truck had streaks in it had re clean that too and in the inside spots on the plastic that they missed it looks like they're really rushed through this and I asked if they were gonna like the plastic underneath the hood that didn't get done either for 600+ dollars I would think they would've done a little bit better of a job it's been bothering me for a minute now that I spent that kind of money and had to re-wash my truck. I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee.
