I don't normally do reviews, but they have this coming. Arrive on Monday evening and one might expect it to be busy. It wasn't, yet the only open tables hadn't been bussed yet and the bathrooms were atrocious. We were told 45 minutes wait. Are we waited. I watched wait staff moving back and forth, but not doing any of the bussing or clean up. Busboy was slow, lethargic and wearing a mask that sloped beneath his neck. Never once was it over his face. Not that he needed one, but they why bother. Finally got seated, ordered drinks and the one alcoholic drink never arrived. Had to cancel it. Orders a pizza with a recommendation as this is supposed to be their signature dish. It was horrible. Worst crust I've ever seen come out of a wood fired oven. Completely undercooked in the middle and soft on the edges. HORRIBLE. No crutch anywhere in the entire pie. Asked for water since my cocktail never showed up and wife had to ask twice. Eventually our guests had to ask Henry for my water. Terrible experience. No managers to speak to. Was like the inmates ran the asylum. read more

We love Cane Rosso! The food is great and the service is wonderful. The downtown Arlington (TX) location is one of our "go to" locations for date night, special occasions... read more

Excellent ambiance and food. Devin gave great service to us and made us feel very welcomed. 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Food was great as always! Adriana took care of us, and the service was great! I also love the area the restaurant is in very cute and cozy!

Pizza was delicious! We had pepperoni and margarita. It was so good we had it two days in a row!!

Our server Luke was amazing serving us our food, and was always there to give us refills. They should get a raise.

Pizza was amazing and the spinach dip was pretty good, too. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. The atmosphere was perfect for a good lunch break during our conference. read more

Everything was so good at this place. The food, service, location, everything!! Highly recommend!!

What can I say about Cane Russo that hasn't already been said. Excellent pizza. Great service. Inside was a little warmer that I like, but we were by the exit door and the kitchen. First time and certainly worth a return trip. read more

We came here after abruptly leaving the mellow mushroom (which was disgusting). The service was friendly and quick. The pizza was good, but the Caesar salad was AMAZING. read more

The waitress was super friendly & gave us great service for our party of nine (four adults, two teens and three littles), however we found Saran Wrap baked in the cheese pizza (size 2-3") that a teenager found, when the Mgr was called over they replaced the pizza, however we were still charged for it until I spoke to the manager who then removed the pizza from the bill, unfortunately the teenager would no longer eat anything for the rest of the meal. The rest of the pizzas, 6 total, were ok, the Truffle pizza was AWESOME ! And yes, we gave the waitress a tip based on the full bill, it wasn't her fault. read more

First time here. I got the CBF pizza which is one of their white pizzas, it has chicken, bacon, mozzarella pesto and basil. I requested no pesto (not my thing on pizza). My husband got a calzone. It says on the menu that it takes 90 seconds for a pizza to be prepared. We placed our order and saw people who arrived AFTER us get their order first. It has been about 20 minutes so my husband grabbed the waiter and asked where our food was and she said it should be right out. So about 2 minutes later it arrives. It looks good. But I was disappointed. My pizza arrived soggy and that's not acceptable for me. My husbands calzone was cold. He cut it open and the cheese wasn't even melted! It was in chunks! It appears to me that they simply just didn't care about taking care of their customers today. I wouldn't come back. Making a good first impression is important to me and the taste of the pizza was very subpar. read more

Food was great. My group of 6 ordered 3 pizzas and 2 dessert pizzas. The food was absolutely delicious and the wait staff was accommodating once we were seated. I was disappointed in the hosts/hostesses. We made reservations and when we arrived there was plenty of seating available but they did not have our table ready. The waiting area quickly filled up and the staff continued to chat rather than seating the several parties that arrived around 5:30. read more

Food was great! Ordered the fried artichokes and the crispy Brussel sprouts. Prices were spot on. Service was timely and friendly. I will be going back for sure. Thank you ! read more

Had Cane Rosso pizza at two different events as take out. People love this place but it is not for me. At one event we had lots of unusual types of pizza. interesting but not that flavorful. Extremely thin and lightly topped. Today I had the pepperoni pizza lunch special. Extremely thin and soggy, and not cut through, not very flavorful. The pepperonis are tiny. I liked the pecans on the salad, but not the salad. read more

We ordered the pizza and I was disappointed with the crust. I ask if they could make it a little crispy and our server went into great detail about how their dough was water based so it would be very difficult to achieve a crispy crust. It was good but I probably won't be back. The other plates were very good my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs it was very good and the chicken Parmesan was very good as well. read more

How do you make burnt flavored and raw sloppy pizza at the same time. Oven was way too high and never let the pizza cook within and gave a burnt flavored crust I'm assuming. Now I'm used to a "Quemadito crust" like on my tortillas or my pizza but this was a burnt flavor with floppy pizza. Got Back home and an ipa beer still couldn't take out the burnt flavor. Service was great. And fast. Watched post season baseball and Monday night football. read more

A staple whenever I am looking for something delicious and fast. Rarely ever disappointed no matter the location. The quality is consistent.

Called 40 minutes before closing to order a pick up. The person on the phone said "because we are under an hour before closing we can not take more to go orders." A restaurants hours of operation are their hours of operation. I could understand if the order was outside a range of time where the restaurant could not produce the order, but this was not the case. Change your hours if you don't want to be open that late. read more

Finally got to go last night!! We ordered 2 apps the meatballs and spinach artichoke dip!! They are the reason this place scored so high with me!! They were awesome!! We each ordered our own pizza (the supposed star of the show) . The toppings would have been good on pizza that was cooked!! The dough was really thin which I'm usually a fan of! So with such thin dough you would think the bottom would have been cooked well!! It was a soggy mess for sure we were all disappointed. My friends mozzarella was not even melted on her pizza!! We shall give it another try some day and hope it doesn't take an hour to get raw pizza again!! Happy Eating my friends! read more

This is not bulk American pizza. Truly wood fired. ( They were getting a delivery while we were out on the patio!) Very tasty. Interesting menu of unusual parings. Not super crazy about their meatballs but the pizza crust and ingredients were spot on. Nice chill atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. We spent almost $50 bucks for two with an appetizer and a beer. Nice little date place. Waitress was Kristina was great! read more

Nice flatbread spot in Arlington along barbecue row on front street. Often lots of families in. Lots of outdoor space, some of it covered. A pizza and a salad makes for an ice warm evening meal and you aren't going to break the bank here. read more

Great food and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend. I got the half jabroni and half HB pizza (without the bacon marmalade) and the carbonara pasta. The pizza was good and the pasta was rich but very good. read more

Great food and drinks. Love to eat on the patio and recommend ordering an appetizer; the Brussels sprouts were great. The pizza crust isn't my favorite and some pizzas that I've tried (like the FarmersOnly which they no longer is on the menu) can end up kinda soggy. Desserts are also good read more

This place was good! The appetizers were delish. We got the brussel sprouts, and the spinach dip. The pizza was good as well. The Roni and the Jaroni was good. Not a huge fan of the bacon marmalade, but the pesto on the pizza was good. read more

The pizza and service were excellent! We usually eat at the bar and have always received fast and good service.

Loved this place, the spinach artichoke dip was delicious! The outdoor dining area is great for family fun or to watch the game and drink with your friends! Loved our waitress, will be returning! Thanks :) read more

I love wood-fired brick oven pizza, was in the area for 4 days. They looked the most appetizing and reserved a table for 6. We were quickly accommodated when we arrived. The service, food, and atmosphere on a Friday night was phenomenal. Really good pizza, and would definitely revisit again. read more

I would say EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE NEEDS AN IMPROVEMENT! Absolutely terrible, slow service. The food is a disappointment....its not like the other locations...just find a different restaurant in Arlington! It's a ZERO! My food arrived after the other 5 at my table finished eating. read more

Solids pizza if you are tired of pizza hut and papa johns. Great place to visit if you'd like to sit down and have a nice meal.

It was a first time visit for my family and I. We decided to sit outside. The patio was very nicely decorated and had tons of space compared to inside where it was very full. We started with the spinach dip ($12) and it was so good. one of the favorites I've had before. For our entrees got the chicken fettuccini alfredo($15) and the cbf pizza($17). All the food was delicious, although a tiny bit on the more pricey side. I would say it's worth it for the outside atmosphere. read more

Best pizza anywhere. Always eat here 3-4 times with every weekend visit to the Dallas-Ft Worth area from OKC. Family friendly and fun.

Food and service were great! Told server it was our first time and she did a great job explaining their pizza and she was spot on. Crust was thin but soft which is just the way I prefer it. Pastas are made fresh and the pasta dishes were delicious! Tiramisu did not have a very prominent espresso flavor but still very good and huge. They have a great patio as well where kids can play. read more
