The fruit gelato wasn't overly sweetened, which usually indicates that they're using actual fruit rather than fruit juice/concentrate. The gelato was also super creamy and refreshing, but it didn't immediately melt in the humidity. Price wise, I was very pleased with the amount of gelato in their small size (and you can get 2 flavours). Staff were very friendly, open to providing multiple gelato samples, and I noticed that the owner even came out briefly to chat with a customer and graciously received feedback. The clean, modern aesthetic of this shop also gives you a sense that you've temporarily escaped the hustle & bustle of the nearby Yonge St plazas. If they have it available, you MUST try the comet. there's just something so dreamy about chocolate and fruit. the comet is essentially a macadamia nut covered by milk chocolate, pistachios, passion fruit flavors, and dusted in cacao powder.
