We had a serious and unacceptable experience at Candeeland Temecula that I feel obligated to share. On June 13, 2025, my wife and 12-year-old daughter were denied entry for my daughter to simply sit with her mother; she was not playing; unless we paid full admission. The manager falsely claimed this was "California policy," which is legally inaccurate. When we raised safety concerns, the manager responded rudely and unprofessionally, even saying, "If I were the dad, I would pay for her," and refused to escalate the matter to the owner or a higher authority. I have since filed formal complaints. As a father, I will not allow this kind of behavior, built on misinformation and lack of accountability; to go unchallenged. If no action is taken or we receive no response from ownership, I will escalate this matter further through every appropriate channel. read more

Place was dirty. Didn't see anyone cleaning. No employees supervising in the two hours we were there. Parents, teenagers, and toddlers on the big kid play equipment. No rules and a total free for all. I had to intervene when a kid kept throwing balls at my child. A disappointment for the price. read more

Okay sooo an indoor playground in this hot weather is great! The staff was really really great. Very sweet with this kiddos. My pet peeve is that their system doesn't give you the whole hour paid for. It rounds down instead of up, all other locations round up. It's just annoying, I mean we had to leave early ,sooo I'd Hope the staff is aware and wouldn't be strict on the time. The other thing that I didn't love is how much space they used for token paid games. It distracts from the main play areas and parents end up paying more. Just pet peeves, personally. read more

I purchased the membership a month ago and have been going almost every day. Sadly, will not be renewing. It is dirty. There are food spots everywhere in the play areas. I constantly see kids eating food and drinks in the play areas when they shouldn't be. There are designated spots to eat and drink at. The employees do not do anything other than huddle at the front desk and talk. (Which would be fine if the establishment was clean). I have yet to see an employee wiping down the insides of the play areas. Have only seen them wiping the couches that parents sit on. read more

We are members of Candeeland, and my daughter enjoys coming here. Today, we had a different experience. Normally, I don't allow my daughter to play the games that require coins. The last time I got coins was when this place first opened. Back then, you got coins from the snack bar. Today, I decided to let my daughter play games. I went over to the snack bar and a lady (younger, white, curly hair) was working the area. I simply asked her if I could get coins. She immediately mumbled something along the lines that I have already gotten some. I didn't even know what she was referring to. I asked to repeated herself, she said I had already left a review for the coins. I said review? Still no idea what she meant. She points to this sign on the register about leaving a review to get coins. She was very rude to me and said I know you already did it. I told her I know nothing about this. She then said well you can go buy coins at the front using the machine. That's literally all I needed to know. I didn't need her rude attitude. It was an absolute turn off. I got my coins from the machine, and went on my way. Candeeland should spend sometime teaching their employees customer service skills. I'm very disappointed in my experience there today. read more

This place is great! Love that they have separate areas for play. They also have a lot of spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids. Toddler area is super cute. Love how clean this place is! I always see employees going around and cleaning throughout our time here. Bathrooms are good and super kid friendly with little kit toilets available as well. Absolutely Ridiculous Policy - Never Coming Back I took my 3-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son to Candeeland in Temecula and paid for them to play. While they were enjoying the space, my two older daughters (13 and 14) joined me after shopping at the mall. We weren't trying to use the play area--just sit at the table where I was already sitting. The staff told me I had to pay $15 each just for them to come inside and SIT. They weren't playing, jumping, or doing anything besides sitting with their family. Seriously? $15 to sit at a table?! That's absolute nonsense. I walked out and will never return. If you want a better, more family-friendly experience, go to SkyZone instead--they actually know how to treat customers with common sense and respect. read more
