There was so much to experience, and I'm so glad we went. I especially want to recognize Philip for his outstanding service. At one point, I accidentally dropped my glass of sangria and the wine glass shattered. Philip appeared almost instantly with a broom and took care of everything. Then, without me even asking, he asked what I had been drinking and went and got me a brand-new glass of sangria to replace it. When I thanked him, he simply said, "My pleasure," and you could tell he truly meant it. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and taking care of guests. That kind of service really stands out and made an already great event even more memorable. Great job, Europa, and a special thank you to Philip!

Let me start with, I'm horrible at planning anything! My fiancé and I went to view this venue and…read morewhen we tell you we fell in love with how gorgeous it was it's an understatement. The important thing to note here is that they do a lot of weddings! Towards the beginning they were undergoing a lot of changes within staff and it was difficult initially to contact them or get a response which was extremely frustrating. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you to everyone who helped create our magical day sorry if I was a stressed wreck initially but you guys definitely delivered and made me look good because like I said I can't plan anything accordingly. To see how great it turned out you guys definitely know how to make everything feel perfect. 12.2.21

Please do your homework and do your research about this venue before booking!…read more First of, our son and daughter in law booked this venue way too early, like a year and half before their wedding date. Although it is a pretty venue, the communication from their staffing is horrible!!! They don't return phone calls or emails after they get your booking. My husband and I wanted to get involved prior to our son's booking, but our son is 27 yrs old. We thought he's old enough to handle doing business with this venue. Wrong! This venue knows how to up-sale about their property. They know that young brides and grooms are emotional. They capture on that emotion and tells you anything to get the booking. Lisa, the manager couldn't careless after she received the deposit and final payments. I've called and left numerous messages multiple times with the venue staffers that I needed to speak to Lisa. Not once did she ever returned my phone calls. On the day of the wedding, as the mother of the groom, I was served pizza!!! Our son asked about a special menu for vegetarians, pescatarians and vegans. During the sales pitch, their salesperson told our son and his bride that there wasn't any issues making special meals for those guests, me being one of them. Can you believe the nerve of this venue served me pizza on the day of the wedding??? Before the wedding, our son and his bride did the food testing. They were told no one else could come to do the food tasting. Mind you, we were the ones that paid for this venue. Our daughter in law forwarded me an email from the venue, by their chef, that no one else could come to the food tasting. Anyhow, not only myself was given pizza, our other 2 guests were also served pizza. Mind you, there were only 3 guests total that had a special dietary restriction. I was so embarrassed and horrified. I had to tell my aunt and the bride's grandmother weren't notified ahead that the venue was serving individual pizzas to dietary guests. The venue could at least offered some sort of vegetables or couscous, but nope, nothing!!!!! I can give you a very long list, but I'll only give 3. Number 1: Food wasn't cracked up to be. Even their regular menu like the basic of chicken and red meat, was real bad. Number 2: We paid for a Photo Booth thru the venue. The photo booth folks never showed up. Although the venue refunded the money, but all was lost of having our guests take pictures for memories are long gone. Luckily we paid for good photographers (like 4 photographers+videographers). They were able to capture some moments of our families and guests. Number 3: We had wedding crashers! The venue told our son they will have 3 security guards on the wedding dat. We saw none, not only 1 insight. These wedding crashers had the gall to eat cakes, ordered alcohol at the bar and joined our guests on the dance floor!!! Mind you we paid for a premium package which included open bars. Our daughter in law contacted the venue to let them know about all these issues, they didn't offered any compensation or some sort of refunds accept for the photo booth that never showed up. We have 2 other children. We'll never use this venue going forward. We told all of our friends about this venue. A lot of them were at the wedding, so they too know not to book this venue for their own children's weddings. This venue isn't worth mentioning their names. Lake Oak Meadows is pretty but not worth your money to book. There's plenty of beautiful venues around. So please, please ask questions, do comparison before booking. Don't let them tell you that they've a special going on and if you don't book right then and there that you'll loose the deal. It's not worth your money!

The decor was great and I loved that many people dressed up. I definitely enjoyed my time there. The only thing I didn't like was how long it took for the food to be brought out. I wanted to give it a few days and take a deep breath before I wrote this post. My friend and I…read moretook our toddlers here for a mommy & me Valentine's date this past weekend and we were both super disappointed. We paid $30 per person for the tea party so $120 total. Honestly we weren't expecting anything crazy, but even with that we were super bummed with the experience. The one star is for how cute the place and setup are. It has a lot of potential, and maybe something was just going on this particular day that made the experience so awful. But even if that was the case I wish they would have explained. Anyway, the tea party started at 11 am and they did not specify how long it was supposed to be or the end time. We get there on time and sit down, enjoy the adorable set up and wait to be served. It took about 20-30 for us to be served our tea and lemonade. After that we are waiting for our finger foods (which on the advertisement they stated it would be sweet and savory). They did not bring our bites until 12:30! Meaning it took an hour and a half for them to bring a small tray of croissants, cupcakes and cookies! I was so confused as to why it took so long to serve.. I mean clearly almost everything was premade besides the little basic finger sandwiches (and it was taking a long time for everyone, because we were listening to all the little girls around us complaining of how hungry they were). So finally we get ours and instead of getting ham & cheese sandwiches like everyone around us, they gave us chicken salad sandwiches which the kids did not want at all. I ate them because at this point I am super hungry and getting a headache because i'm also super pregnant. We ask the lady if they have anything else and she said she can make them grilled cheese sandwiches. The main problem was that for the amount of tickets they sold/tables they had.. they were understaffed. There was just one adult (who i'm assuming was the owner) and two kids helping her (i'm guessing her kids). I loved that the kids were serving the tables but it literally took an hour and a half for us to get a super basic tray of snacks and they only came twice to fill our tea. On top of all that, what bothered me the most was there were moms waiting in the waiting room for a solid hour waiting to be seated! Their daughters all dolled up for a cute day with their moms and literally waiting an hour to be seated for something that was supposed to start at 11 am. A lot of the moms were disappointed but what can they say? They don't want to ruin the experience for their daughters. No joke if this was my business i would 100% refund all the moms there. I was so bummed I ended up leaving with a headache that lasted all day. I am just tired of businesses taking peoples money and not delivering.

Nestled deep within the breathtaking, rolling hills of the De Luz Valley, the venue provided a majestic backdrop that felt entirely worthy of a royal celebration. Walking the grounds, surrounded by authentic stone walls, towering castle turrets, Disney inspired, you couldn't help but feel the magic in the air. The absolute pinnacle of the scenery was the stunning swan lake, where the elegant white swan glided across the water, making every single photograph look like a painting from a storybook. What truly elevated this magical experience from a beautiful dream to an absolute reality was the incredible warmth of the people behind it. The owners and our wedding coordinator were hands-down the most amazingly sweet and caring individuals we could have ever hoped to work with. They treated our family with a level of genuine kindness that turned all of our wedding stress into pure joy. Their logistics support was unmatched as well; because the scenic journey into the valley involves a beautiful but windy road, we chose to provide a shuttle service for our guests from a nearby hotel. The venue team coordinated with us seamlessly to ensure everyone arrived safely, and comfortably. That dedication carried over beautifully into the reception, where the food was absolutely spectacular. Instead of standard wedding fare, we had an incredible feast of barbecue pulled pork with all the perfect fixings to go along with it, and our guests are still raving about how delicious and comforting the entire meal was. The entire day carried a beautiful, subtle Disney inspiration that captured the pure essence of romance without ever feeling overdone. There was the cozy dragon pub, which worked perfect for serving our delicious cocktails to our guest. As the sun set, the true magic unfolded during the outdoor reception in the King's Court. We danced the night away under a canopy of twinkling market lights and a blanket of stars, surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. Watching my daughter celebrate her happily-ever-after in a place so profoundly beautiful, and supported by such wonderful people, was a moment I will cherish for the rest of my life. It wasn't just a wedding venue; it was a real-life enchanted kingdom where memories were made to last a lifetime.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty, the serenity, and the undeniable charm that this property radiates from every corner. The grounds are stunningly beautiful--lush, thoughtfully maintained landscaping, picturesque pathways, and a sense of privacy that makes you feel as though you've stepped into your own hidden oasis. It offered the perfect blend of elegance and rustic romance, giving us the intimate atmosphere we were hoping for without sacrificing refinement or comfort. The scenery created the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos; every angle felt like a magazine cover. The cottages themselves were absolutely perfect.
