Their website makes it easy to reserve a lane, and the prices are reasonable. Tonight, we ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, and fries, along with a few pitchers of beer. This repeated confrontation frightened my young granddaughters and was completely unnecessary. What is even more disappointing is that Regal's response focused only on explaining their policies while ignoring the actual concern: the excessive treatment and the distress caused to a family with children. There is a difference between enforcing policies and treating customers without empathy or professionalism.
