Their website makes it easy to reserve a lane, and the prices are reasonable. Tonight, we ordered mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, and fries, along with a few pitchers of beer. The bar area is spacious, and their jukebox, which we can control via the app, helps set the mood for the night. We will definitely be returning and possibly joining a league.

What is even more disappointing is that Regal's response focused only on explaining their policies while ignoring the actual concern: the excessive treatment and the distress caused to a family with children. There is a difference between enforcing policies and treating customers without empathy or professionalism.
