If I could, I would not even give this location one star of how bad of a service and protocols they have. On May, 24 my son was near the ball pit where this grown man with his daughter and wife were there the man was blocking the stairs. All so his daughter could play. My son was coming up the stairs and he didn't want my child to touch his daughter because she was on top of the stairs. So while my son was up in the stairs, he grabbed my son from his shoulder and dragged them and put him down. when I saw that I confronted him and I told him why did you put your hands on my son and he said because I don't want him to be near my daughter I said, but the playground is not just for your daughter. Don't put your hands on my son. I spoke to the manager on duty and he said I spoke to the gentleman who touched your son and we told him not to do it again. my son was no longer comfortable being around the ball pit and the manager on duty did not escort the family out when he should've because he shouldn't be touching other children I told him how are you having that man near other children after he just grab my son drag them down and put him on the floor and the wife Said oh well he did that already. I was very disappointed that they couldn't do better in the situation like this, I do not recommend this playground for any children this company does not have the correct protocols for situation like this an adult placing their hands on a child should be escorted out immediately. read more

My toddler loves this place! We come here at least once a week. It's nicely air conditioned and well kept. The staff is consistently cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The price is reasonable and if you are considering coming more than 3x a month I'd recommend a monthly pass. I suggest coming on weekdays as it is less crowded. read more

Went today for a play date, I was impressed with how clean it was! Started off with filing out the waiver they have an iPad in the front or you can do it online on your own. After you put all shoes and belonging in a cubby and proceed to paying. Prices are okay. It's 15$ and hour or you can do the monthly pass which is $50. Also take socks with grip for kids or you'll have to buy some there. The place itself is super clean and spacious. They have a ball pit for toddlers 5 and under with a little slide and the middle is a lounge for parents with couches and food you can buy. The other side is for everyone to enjoy lots of slides and obstacles. Oh did I mention they have tons of massage chairs you can pay for while waiting for you little ones to play. They had tvs playing a movie and Spanish music playing the day I went. No outside food. They have a stroller parking station from what I saw. Also pretty fresh in there but does get hot specially if you are joining the kiddos. read more

Just dont do it. Do not come here. My child cought croup after coming here and being coughed on by another sick kid in the play kitchen area. This place does not actively screen or even bother to care if they see sick kids in their establishment. This place needs a serious change and needs to stop making business off of SICK kids, put the health of the children first. That was not the only sick kid i noticed there either. it was very obvious, yet staff does nothing to stop it. read more

I found about this place through Groupon. I take both my kids here, The deals they have here are really good and they keep the place very clean. I feel much more safe bringing my kids here since the staff are so friendly towards the kids and keep everything clean. They also make sure when a kid is lost or is trying to leave are back in the safety area. Good job having this place good for our children. Especially during Covid. read more

We visited Candeeland for the first time and ended up buying the monthly pass that is $50. After a couple visits I can say that I am pleased with the cleanliness of the place. The staff is always cleaning and sanitizing. The downside is that the place doesn't allow outside food/drinks (not even water) or strollers. Also, the owner is unfriendly; I would expect a small business to provide excellent customer service. I had called and asked some general questions and he was not very friendly. I decided to give it a try anyway. The staff that was at the door was friendly (younger guy) but the owner seemed upset/annoyed as he rang us up. First time here and it's really fun! Great place for kids and adults. The obstacles and play areas are great for the kids to have fun and tire themselves out. The slides are my favorite, they go soo fast. I love how they have a snack area that has so many yummy goodies. Especially Dippin' Dots. Great place for little ones! Lots to do for toddlers and plenty of neat features for older kids to enjoy. There are many tables and couches for parents to supervise and relax at well. What I appreciated the most is the staff actively monitoring and cleaning throughout the playground. The place is spotless and the staff do a good job making sure the kids are playing safely. MUST READ! KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR KIDS HERE! I'm giving this place one star because I have to, but also because my kids were able to enjoy their time after being harassed by the Asian female owner. While my youngest child was playing in the "little child area", my eldest child decided to come over very excited to join me. As I turned around to check on my eldest child, the owner decided to grab my child by the arm and attempt to pull my child out of the area. When I confronted her about the situation, she truly thought it was arguable and reasonable to pull on my child with both arms because my child did not "hear her or read the signs". Since she was not in anyway identifiable by a badge or name tag, I went to the front desk and spoke with Miguel who was very kind and respectful enough to listen to my complaint. That is when Miguel explained that she was an owner, not a second later did the female owner come around the corner to see if I had a problem and try to validate pulling my child by the arm. I explained to her that it is not justifiable to grab anyone's child. It is assault to lay your hands on someone's child. I also let her know that if any other paying customer grabbed another child by the arm there would definitely be consequences. She had no response for that statement. The rest of my time at this location I continuously watched and spoke with other customers who witnessed the biased employees picking and choosing which parents they would remind about the age rules and which ones they wouldn't. As a visitor getting treated that way, I could only imagine how the local customers feel each visit. IT IS NOT JUSTIFIABLE TO GRAB A CHILD WHO IS NOT YOURS! read more

The decor is adorable. I am giving this establishment two stars for the following reasons. Its a small indoor playground, with that said they charge $15 for one hour and $20 for two. Additionally they force you to buy grip socks for the little ones. I went in with regular socks and it's not slippery at all. That was more of a marketing tactic rather than "safety" as they kept repeating to me. Overall I probably won't come back. I consider it to be overpriced for what you get. And the sock thing is just ridiculous. read more
