This was evident in my interaction. I asked for a recommendation, and when I told them I was not a fan of Horchata, they asked lots of questions to determine which drink would best suit my taste buds. I chose the nitro cold brew, which was absolutely delicious! The Coffee Fox also has a super cool vibe.
