I can not comprehend what is going on with the service I have been receiving from either location. Let's start with the run around trying to get the plate for the camper. It took approximately 4 weeks and I had to hunt for that transaction to happen. You sent a $100 gift card that we tried to use this weekend......and guess what....nothing on the card. I'm not a bit surprised. Let's move on to the repair of the awning arm and hub seal. You were supposed to arrange this to be taken care of at the Berkley,Ma. location. When I called the service department over there they had no idea what was going on. You never contacted them to let them know. So weeks have gone by, no calls or emails unless I initiated them. Finally the camper dropped at the Berkley location...Oct 18th I showed up last Saturday(11-15) because no one had reached out, and Dan told me the camper was all set to go. I was not able to take it with me. My partner showed up there to arrange for the pick up yesterday and have them do the winterization. He was told that the awning was not fixed because the part Uxbridge sent was bent. I would think customer service would be top priority because you want people to return to your locations. If you keep treating your customers like this you can be sure to lose business. The only helpful employee has been Helen Valley. She has been great! I want to give everyone a serious warning before you even consider stepping foot into Camper World in Uxbridge. Our experience has been nothing short of an absolute disaster from start to finish. We went in just to browse campers and sat down with our sales rep, Kiara. We explained our budget and exactly what we were looking for. The very first camper she brought us to was perfect except she immediately told us it was out of our price range. So why on earth show it to us in the first place? The next unit she showed us had a door literally hanging off the hinge, and when I opened the bathroom door, rainwater was leaking into it. She had no idea. Not a great sign. The third option was tiny, the bathroom was unusably small, and she kept trying to sell it to us despite us saying the bathroom was one of our biggest priorities. After that, things somehow got even worse. She didn't know where any of the other campers were located and had us driving around the lot in the pouring rain. At one point she left us standing inside a camper that smelled like someone had used the toilet and never flushed. We stood there for 15 minutes while she wandered around trying to find more units. Completely unprofessional. Eventually, we went back inside and tried to work out numbers on the first camper the one she never should've shown us in the first place. We finally got to a price and she took it to the finance manager, who apparently "needed a card in front of him" just to even consider making a deal. Strange, but whatever. We gave the card, they charged it, congratulated us, and said they'd call to set up the closing. Great... or so we thought. Closing day came, and the tech who walked us through the camper knew absolutely nothing about it. They lost the remote for the TV. Then when I asked for the plate tax estimate, I was told "maybe $100-$200" but no one seemed certain despite the fact that there is no possible way we are the only Rhode Island residents to ever register a camper with them. They told us we could take it without plates because "people do it all the time." When we went to hook it up, we found out they told us the wrong hitch ball size even though it was written clearly on the camper so we had to buy yet another one from them. Then came weeks of pure chaos. A week and a half went by without any update. I called, only to be told they were still "waiting on bank approval," which was confusing because we had already been congratulated on the purchase. Another week later, no one had any idea what was going on. I had to request a callback, and that's when I was told that because we purchased a pre-owned unit, the process "takes longer"something not a single person had mentioned to us at any point. Then I get a call saying the camper needed a VIN check and they had no clue if the unit was even still on their lot or if we took it home. How do you lose track of an entire camper? They did the VIN check and then... silence. Again. Another week passed before we called THEM (because they never call us), and suddenly they "didn't have a card on file for taxes." We had already given it to them twice. We gave it again. Ten minutes later? Another excuse. Not one person had communicated anything about a tax issue. A full week went by with zero updates. I handled that issue myself and again asked for an update. They said everything was all set and we'd have plates by the end of the week. And then shock they called again saying they STILL didn't have a card number on file. The tax amount also somehow doubled from the estimate we were given. Where did the card info go the previous three times? After that, they again asked whether the camper was on the lot or with us because they had no idea where it was. At this point, it's crystal clear: this is the most unorganized, unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever dealt with. We dropped our RV off to get the sway Bar hitch that they put on wrong,along with the slide that did not fully go out.They did not fix both of them,and charged us 160 00 for leaf removal. They also had the camper for two weeks to remove a leaf. read more

We bought a 2025 Thor Freedom Traveler and as we read, there were a LOT of bugs that needed to be fixes, some small and some more serious. We struggled for about 3 months to get anywhere with all of our issues until we connected with Kyle the general manager. He took over and made sure everything was taken care of. DO NOT BUY from camping world Uxbridge, MA (cannot speak for other regions). Purchasing and walk through experiences were great but once paperwork was signed it went all downhill. Come to find out my brand new camper was hit with their forklift at some point when it was in the purchased lot. Was never reported (a month in between my purchase/walkthrough and when I went to pick it up). I took the day off to pick it up and maintenance personnel came out to let me know at some point it was hit. I am unsure when or who but was old because their was a good amount of rust on the penetration. After a long back and forth with customer care the unit was repaired (welded a patch over it) which is fine but nothing was done for me for the down time or for the fact that a brand new unit was damaged on their property. The unit was then dropped off at my house with no review of the unit. Come to find more damage on the same side where the frame was hit. I have been reaching out to customer care for 3 weeks with no resolution. Not only has customer care been awful but the actual managers at the local site never reached out to me or came to talk to me when I originally found out about the damage. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! STAY AWAY!!! This was a a complete s!&t show!!! What I hope to be the start of a wonderful RV experience started out as hell on earth! Purchasing the RV was the fastest experience & now I know why, it was to do nothing more than sell a product & get my $100K!!! It took over a week for them to get my plates/registration! In 40 years of purchasing vehicles IT HAS NEVER taken that long! This leads to the "walk-through/demonstration"! Why would you have a kid who has zero experience show a new RV owner around their new $100K RV??? This was by his own admission, "I've never done this before, so I might not know everything!!" WTF? Now let's get to the pick up of my $100K RV, I show up & am barely greeted, lack luster personality of the receptionist. Some comes & quickly grabs my keys for my trade in and that's that! Now I go to pick up RV & start a walk through!!! Good thing I did! Camping World has SAT on this vehicle now for three weeks!! 1.) the interior is dirty & has glue stuck all over console! Dirt in every crevice! Seriously, you can't clean out the NEW $100K vehicle?? 2.) the front passenger side hub cab is missing, and NO ONE notices or realizes it??? Now they have three people attempt to put the incorrect hub cab onto my NEW 2025 $100K RV. When I say, how do you not notice a missing hub cab, I get a sarcastic response of "It could have fallen off during transport here!" SERIOUSLY, you don't inspect new vehicles upon arrival?? And frankly, during the test drive & lame 'walk-through/demonstration' I would have noticed a missing hub cab, SO WHERE IS IT??? 3.) the keys I'm given don't work on the cabin door locks nor any other lock on the $100K 2025 RV!!! So, now we have people just walking in circles because NO ONE has the capacity to figure this out! " Oh, well change the whole lock unit." only to grab one that does not fit!!!! AGAIN, WTF!!! Now I'm given three sets of keys to lock/unlock things that only are supposed to have one key!!!! Additionally, one of the locks is broken and the tumbler just spins!!! Why was all of this NOT dealt with BEFORE I showed up???? 4.) I noticed the window over dinette was a jar, I went in to shut it only to discover the lock for this window does lock without pushing the opposing window out of frame!!! The response I get when I bring this up, "Oh, you just have to giggle it and play with it and it will lock" SERIOUSLY, a 2025 $100K RV and I "just have to jiggle it and play with it"!!!! Then I had asked for the water tank to be filled. Good thing I did, because as it started to fill, water started gushing out from under the RV! Now the kid whose never worked with RVs is 'helping' and doesn't know why??? It takes three people to figure out that the value is wide open!!!! Something no one showed me, and WHY would this. It have been checked on the brand new 2025 $100K RV I just purchased & Camping World was ONLY interested in getting my $$!! 5.) when I took the RV for a test drive three weeks before I came to pick it up, the salesman broke the rear license plate holder/light. WHY was this not replaced until I'm standing there three weeks later ready to pick up my RV??? Lastly, I took the RV for inspection, after being told that Camping World would take care of that, ONLY to have the brand new 2025 $100K RV rejected for inspection!!' Why, because Camping World neglected to put plates on both the front and rear of vehicle & the 'brand new' rear license plate holder/light-the one that was JUST REPLACED an hour before, the light doesn't work!!! WTF!!! This place sells vehicles in Massachusetts & not one of these people know the state requires two plates on vehicles, and how is it that the light that was just replaced isn't working & wasn't even checked!! Now I have been inconvenienced for over 3 hours for the unbelievable level of incompetence of the Service Department at Camping World & I go back to address these two things to get RV inspection done, and yet again the S$&t Show begins! The light was not installed correctly, WOW, what a surprise & the kid again walks around aimlessly playing around with getting it fixed!!! I demanded to know what compensation I would get for the endless inconveniences that I've had to endure & the 'service manager' hands me his business card!!! WTF!!!! This was supposed to be the beginning of something wonderful & Camping World has made it nothing more than HELL, MISERY & a S?$T SHOW!! Was interested in a used unit, called to arrange a viewing and was told it needed a part and we would get a call as soon as it was in and installed. Weeks go by with no word, called to follow up and was told they'd call back as soon as they got info on said unit, once again no call back, called yet again to follow just to be told they sold the unit. I know that all Camping World Locations do not treat customers the way that the Uxbridge location treats customers. Literally, I have never experienced such poor service and a total lack of empathy. - Bought a New Camper Van in October 2024 - Sales Process was a disaster. Had to follow up on everything. I mean every piece of paper, calls not returned..it was really bad. - They prepped the wrong camper for our pick up - Told me I "Should cross my fingers that nothing goes wrong" - after I told them I would not be purchasing a $14K Warranty. - Told me that the Recalls were complete, but when I asked for documentation (over and over and over) they finally told me they were not done. - And then this - During the Walk-Through, we were told that the LP Gas would be filled. We got home and realized that it was not filled. Well, the LP Gauge was broken and the van was in the shop from October 20th to January 6th. I firmly believe that this was intentional. The Uxbridge group lied to me about the Recalls, Gift Cards that were to be issued, so why should a broken LP Gauge be any different. Not once did Uxbridge ever say, "Hey, we are sorry. Sorry, that you had to cancel two planned trips." TBH, this was the worst experience ever. To make matters worse, I called the Customer Service who wanted me to the speak with the Regional Manager. We spoke for 7 Minutes. Not even an apology. How do I know it was 7 minutes, because it was the first thing she states to me, "I have an appointment at 9:00 AM and I have listened to your Customer Service Cal......... After doing some research, we realize the Forest River XLR microboost 27 LRLE was the one for us. After finding out the camping world in Uxbridge we decided to take the drive 3 1/2 hours from New Jersey to go take a look at it. Stanley was our sales rep that helped in person with us and walked us through the unit explained everything was not pushy whatsoever even give us a few minutes for us to discuss it on our own! Stanley continued to answer any questions we had. I do see a lot of reviews in regards to a lot of hidden fees but in reality, at least we're seeing other dealerships that may already have had the fees included. We have done plenty of research prior to purchasing it here, and all the prices totaled up to the same. Even if it's breaking down a little bit different it comes out to the same dollar amount. Pick up day: The trailer was already ready for us to do our walk-through, and to leave with it the same day. Scott and a few others prepared the trailer with any last minute things we found during our walk though that were only cosmetic. And answered all of our questions. The younger gentleman unfortunately I could not remember his name explained each and every piece of information we needed to know on our rig. Going section by section and making sure we are ready to move onto the next section. while we are doing our walk-through we had one of the service technicians install our "towing package" that was recommended with the hitch and sway. After we were all done, we went inside and sat with Chris in finance to go over any extended warranties they had to offer, as well as what are payments will be & the rest of the paperwork. I do see here are a lot of comments of people saying the payments are not anywhere near what you expect it to be, which is understandable, thought at the end of the day it's like purchasing a car or a motorcycle. There are going to be plenty of added options and it's up to you if you would like to go with it or not. For us, we tried budging something that we were comfortable paying monthly and especially for a rig that was a 2022 somewhat of extended warranty was better than nothing, especially since this was our very first one. Chris took the time to explain each and every package available. and within our budget, we decided to go with the bronze. Conclusion, as nervous as we were walking into this dealership, we just wanted to see the unit. We were not planning on purchasing there because of all the reviews but let me tell you it's definitely different when you go in person. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience with everybody here. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to. From sales to service to finance. Do not be discouraged by all of the reviews! My RV is going on 2 months being there. Not because the technicians were too busy, but because the parts person took 5 weeks to order a part that is on sale many places including 20 local places, the OEM, and WALMART. I got this part in 3 days from the manufacturer. When I called to hound them they told me "sorry hasn't been order yet" twice in 6 weeks. Only then after giving them the part number plus ordering information and hand holding them over several calls did they order it. At $100 more expensive than literally everywhere else (20 places in the area). In fact my RV is still there and now tomorrow I have to drive the part to the dealer an hour each way, so I can again hand hold them to get this 2 hour job done. The worst part is I have a service contract that would completely pay for this. Can I use it? Nope because they can't seem to get any work done. They forced my hand and waited me out to make me do all the leg work for them including walking the part to them. Do not do business with these people. Take your RV somewhere else if you value your time in the least. This should be considered zero stars. Its been in there so long for this one thing that I have to worry about getting it winterized before it's there any longer and freezes at night. read more

We have a travel trailer and it was our first. So we are looking for one a little larger because we decided we like camping and we want to be able to bring the grandchildren sometimes. Camping world of Uxbridge was just opening. It used to be Flaggs RV Center. I really liked Flaggs because the people were friendly and you could just go look at the campers without someone coming along for the hard sell. Camping world on the other hand does try to sell you and if you go to their other locations the campers are locked and you have to go in and get a sales person to even let you stay inside. Then they want to discuss financing before you even found a camper that do you like. So we went for the grand opening and the people were very nice. Everything was unlocked and we could go in and out but they didn't have prices on them. You had to find a sales person to find out the price. It was very busy and that proved to be a pain in the neck. The store was nice and they were a lot of things on sale. I always prefer the stores at camping world for merchandise to their camper sales. read more

There are plenty of good places to go to find an RV-Do your research. After leaving there and going to a place where the owners and employees actually camp and know their stuff, it was a world of difference. Also there are places out there where the owners care about the customer. We felt so confined to what we could look at to buy and no one at camping world knew any different anyway. Once we were educated at the new place with people that know everything about hitch weight, weight distribution, dry weight, etc- we were able to get the right camper for us! We are full time RVers/RV living. When we purchased our 5th Wheel RV we knew that one of the doors for the bunkroom was missing. The RV came that way with missing the door from the manufacturer. No problem. We communicated with the Service Department and we were told that they could order a replacement/new one. However, when we received the new door and mind you we had to drive 2 hours to go and pick up the new/replacement door, once we installed the door we realized it was the bathroom door and not the bunk room door that we needed. We worked with the Service Department, getting them measurements of the other bunkroom door. That was end of December 2023/beginning of January 2024. Since then we have made MULTIPLE calls to the Service Department for an update only to be put on a call back list. We have now had our RV almost 6 MONTHS and have not been able to get a new/replacement door. The lack of customer service and effort to actually call us back when requested is the reason for this poor review. read more

I would never buy from camping world in Uxbridge mass again. it was a giant mess trying to get the camper and it's still a mess trying to get it registered. it took us 3 weeks to get the camper after leaving a nice down payment on our 2020 East to west camper. you can get a car loan in a day why did it take 3 weeks to get the camper let me tell you. the sales reps are useless and never there when you try to get ahold of them and they definitely don't return calls. The financing guy that's there is also useless and told us that they have some other guy come in and does paperwork and messed up ours before the closing plus every time I called him, he also wasn't there or returning calls. don't even get me started on the manager I had to deal with the week before my closing just to get somewhere with the place. that manager shouldn't even be there. if you want days to pass and get nothing done when buying a camper this is your place to go. so I have had our camper for 2 weeks now after taking 3 weeks to get it and it ain't registered yet just called to get info as of 4/22/25 and no one I need to speak to was in so we will be leaving it here as a review that camping world in uxbridge mass is a giant joke to buy campers from read more

We went on: August 14 and August 21 (today) both Saturdays. Hardly any stock. No C class on the 14th. On the 21 some C class. More trailers. NO ONE was there only a younger man moving trailers from one side to the other side. A dark haired younger woman sat in her golf cart by the side door on her phone... never even looked up. A middle aged guy, stocky, with white facial hair, and a middle aged woman came out and called out to us from the door... didn't even bother to walk over. We asked if any we open to look in - they said NO because people where stealing things. They asked if there was one we'd like to see, but they'd have to get a key... and then got in their golf cart and drove up by the trailers. Couldn't be bothered. There they were having a smoke... and not really caring. Obviously if you're there and took time to get there you would be thinking of buying something. But, there are many questions - towing weight, sway bars, what tires come with them and can you get 10 ply side walls and on, and on. Didn't take the time to even open up a chat. We should have purchased when Flagg had the dealership... they were open, not locked - I'm guessing all the thieves came after the sale otherwise how was Flagg able to make all their sales with everything being stolen !!! When Flagg had the dealership you could look in and discuss among yourselves without being monitored and people were: clean, groomed, wore matching blue polo style shirts with the logo, and they were FRIENDLY !!! At least two other couples left while we were there. Being nice is free, being kind is free... discussing the units opens a dialog. This was rural - felt like a dealership you'd find in some poorer under educated state, unfriendly, low stock, and people - well, the actual best way to describe their behavior is: removed, like you're bothering them, they don't want to get more than one key, you should know what you want, rude, ungroomed with a rural thug type of appeal. Just swarmy acting. Swaggering. And like - don't waste my time. The prices from the ONE that was priced - a van model - 130,000 plus $, seemed HIGH. Otherwise, you had no idea of the year, or the price. Would NOT recommend the trip. If this is how they act to 'get a customer', can you imagine what they'd be like after they actually sold you one... WHY ARE YOU HERE! Would NOT recommend this place. Horrible. Sold us an RV that was already sold. I mean, we demoed, sat down with financing, and signed papers on an rv... that they already sold. That was a big red flag that we ignored. I took delivery of the (different, less good) RV, because we, like you - wanted an RV and it was available. On its first ride (under 2k miles), I suddenly lost brakes and power steering at highway speed. I pulled off onto the shoulder and let the 14000 lb vehicle slow itself down until I could very carefully and slowly pull off the highway into a truck stop. Ok. Stuff happens. So I called Good Sam, the RV Roadside Assistance program that Camping World spent so much time lauding over. No big deal. I'll get it towed and camping world will take care of me. Hahah. Nope. I called Camping World and asked for help and they told me to call good sam (theres a camping world service center 20 miles from here). I called good sam maybe... I dont know 6 times today. They did absolutely nothing for me and suggested I call Ford. They're all booking service out weeks. Stranded, nobody cares. Brand new RV. Thanks Camping World. Bunch of good Samaratins you are. Absolutely reprehensible every step of the way, and no accountability or ... effort to help me. The manager of Camping World literally read me the number to Good Sam off the card in his wallet. That's the help you'll get on your +$100k purchase. Buyer beware. read more

This dealer is one of the worst I've seen. They overcharge, they outright lie about what the vehicle is and the condition. They lie about financing and bank information. The service area has legitimate people that care about customers but, for the most part they really act like they are doing you a favor by letting you bring your vehicle in. I will never buy anything from them again. read more

Expect every (and I mean every) sleazy dealership tactic. Bring your own lender as they will mark up your rate, and be prepared to have their demeanor change the moment they have finished taking your money. I will not recommend camping world to friends and family. I sent in my camper to get diagnose for a leak. Was told over the phone , one price. sign an agreement for a higher price (which I agree) . Then was given a higher price that wasn't on agreement. Picking up the camper. Furthermore, waited a two week for just a quote and never received it. I bought my 2021 Salem FSX 177BH from Flagg. The specs said the Salem axle had a 4500 lb. capacity or equivalent. It has a 3500 lb. capacity axle. They said the WDH would take the weight off the axle. The Salem's dry weight 3267.24 lbs; the CCC is 180.78. Which means that I can only add 180 lbs. If I put 10 gallons of water in it, that uses up 85 lbs; if I put sheets, blankets and pillows on the beds, that's another 20 lbs., leaving me with 95 lbs. Add my chock blocks, hoses, a few tools, a small bottle hydraulic jack, jack stands, and tools to change a tire if I break down, and I can forget about any clothes, pots, pans, dishes, groceries, towels, shampoo, etc. That was problem #1 that I was told was not a problem. More recently I tried to get the "free inspection" that Camping World offers as a courtesy. The service department at first said they never heard of a free inspection (actually, there are several free inspection options between Good Sam, Camping World, road services and extended warranties - but they NEVER heard of anything free.) They offered me a "special price" of $200 for 45 point inspection that would take 2 hours (I asked several times for the list of what is included and it was never sent - I found it online and most of it applies to motorized RVs, not travel trailers...and it takes 6-8 hours). The free inspection takes 2 hours. So were they going to charge me for the "free" inspection or give me the 45 point inspection most of which applies only to motorized RVs and those with slides...resulting in them only needing to inspect what is in the free inspection? I called back and asked for the manager who told me yes, they did offer free inspections, and the one I was requesting was the free 12 point courtesy inspection. It would take 2 hours. I again asked for the list of what was included in the inspection. On the day of my appointment, we were having trouble with the Curt Brake connecting to the app (I had a new phone so didn't have all the settings and pin that were in my old phone). I called to let them know I wouldn't be able to make that appointment, again asked what was included in the inspection (still waiting for that); I asked if the roof and sealants would be checked. My primary concern was having the roof and the sealants inspected, and the 3/4" nylon torque nuts on the WDH torqued to 380 ft-lbs because our torque wrenches don't go up that high. First I was told no, they don't check the roof and sealants. Then told well, yes, they do a quick look, but if I wanted the roof and sealants "inspected" it would be $200. Maybe less because it's a small trailer with no slide outs or solar panels or other complicating factors. I found the free ProCare Courtesy RV 2 hour inspection online. Here is what is included: #1. ROOF INSPECTION - Inspect for visible damage and sealant condition. #2. EXTERIOR CAULKING/SEALANT INSPECTION. Inspect exterior sealant condition i.e. windows, entry door, compartment. #3. Tire Inspection. #4. Awning Canvas & Dry Rot Inspection. Clearly, I should have believed her the first time I called when they and "the manager" said they don't have any free inspections. I read the hundreds of complaints on the BBB and other sites. At this point, I don't trust any of them to be truthful, nor can I trust their recommendations, and I actually worry they will "find" it necessary to reseal, at an inflated price, of course. No thanks. Not going near that place, and they are not going near my Salem. I am an elderly woman veteran who will be 75 years old next month, with a bad shoulder and bad knees, but I will get up on the roof myself, do my own inspection, and get the proper sealant and do that myself as well. I'll take the WDH to Uhaul or Home Depot or Lowes and have them torque the bolts I need torqued. And I am VERY CONFIDENT that I will do a better, more careful job than if I left it at Camping World in Uxbridge. read more

Horrible customer service we bought a brand new Delano & the Generator wouldn't start. They've had it trying to fine repair sjop for 3 months! Very rarely return our calls. Told me it was fixed monday but they had to go pick it up now Friday haven't heard from them! I guess we will go get it ourselves today. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! read more

Buyer beware- I bought this camper ( first time buyer ) from what I thought was a reputable dealer. When you buy from hear there will be about a $1300 charge on top of you negotiating price to prep the camper, after agreeing to a price and getting financing approved they move you onto the service end, I was told they did a thorough inspection including a leak test and inspection of the operation of all appliances etc , when I did my walk through with the service dept the service technician showed me the trailer operation and told me what he found including a leak in the back of camper with he fixed and some small little things, he also let me know that the awing was ripped when they were cleaning camper and I should get the sales dept to pay for it which after they tried to get me to pay half of they agreed to fix it , I had concerns about the floor of the camper being soft by the door but was reassured that the was was good and dry and the little hump in the floor was from in being cut a little to big when assembled, and if it was wet and soft it would be sunken in , when I checked the camper again for leaks the floor was crunching like breaking ice confirming my thoughts, I have tried contacting Paul the sales manager who assured me in 15 mins I would receive a call back never happened, I called service the next day and was told they wanted to talk to the technician and would call by 1pm , never called (3) days later I called my salesman who went to the sales manager again who was going right to service manager but never received a call back, I know have to pay my lawyer to take care of this issue because camping world is a scum dealer to deal with .. so buyer beware when dealing with camping world - research the reviews like I should have read more

We bought our new trailer here at Camping World of Uxbridge. Everything was super fun going around and looking at different trailers with Stanley. We picked one out and went to meet with Theresa in the finance department. This is where things went sour. She clearly doesn't know what's she's doing. She messed up our paperwork, undercharged us and over charged us for things we didn't want. We had to drive back to resign the paperwork because she screwed it up. Our sales person was not helpful at all once we signed our paperwork because "the deal was done". God forbid you ask him to find an answer to something on a day off! Now on to the service department.... Pulled up today to pick up our trailer. Service department had no idea that they were supposed to install our trailer hitch that we bought when purchasing the trailer. Our sales person Stanley, clearly can't be bothered communicating with the service department that it needed to be done. Hitch wasn't t in stock. They left my husband sitting there for almost and hour before letting him know it wasnt in stock. They had to send someone to go get one from another location. The only reason I gave this dealership 2 stars, is because they gave us a $100 store gift card for our troubles. Please run far away from this dealership if you can!!!!! read more

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had and service we received while purchasing our new travel trailer this weekend. Kevin our salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. He gave us the time we needed to make the best choice for our family. When it came time to do our final walkthrough, Tom was extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure to not only go through everything with us but asked us if there was anything else we were curious about along the way. Kyle and Mark in the service department were wonderful to work with as well. Kyle listened to any questions and concerns we had and solved them right away. My husband and I were very impressed with the amount of care Mark took when adjusting our hitch to tow our new camper. We could really tell he enjoys his job and his attention to detail was better than any service we have dealt with anywhere, and we've been campers for a long time. Anyone looking to purchase a camper should definitely go see them. They did not disappoint. We are so excited to use our new beautiful camper in the spring and thank the wonderful staff at Camping world for making that possible. read more
